Gaby's P.O.V

I sped ahead of Emmerson and raced my way through the dense woods. I dodged by every tree and soon was out in an open field, I came to a halt in the middle and gazed around my surroundings. I had somehow managed to lose Jason's scent and now I'm seeing if I can pick him up again.

Nope, nothing. I started to walk around the perimeter out of pure boredom and soon picked up on a somehow familiar scent...ROUGE! I bolted towards where the scent was strongest and came across to wolves. The black one that was there when my parents died and another blueish-black wolf that seemed slightly confused and very weak.

"Who are you and what are you doing here rouges?" I asked harshly. I narrowed my eyes on the black wolf as she shifted in to her human form. Like before she was blond but now her red eyes seem more...normal, I guess you could say. Scars covered her from head to toe and was nursing what I believed to be a broken arm.

The blueish-black one shifted as well and I think I've seen her from somewhere before, I just don't know where. She had blond/brown hair and her eyes were a strange yellow colour. It looked like she ws possessed or something.

The black wolf dropped a note on to the ground, soon after though she started to clutch her head in pain and let out an ear piercing scream. Oh shit, WHAT'S HAPPENING?!

She continued to scream and the other girl just stared around fearfully and soon she started to speak.

"I know you don't know me or her, but just be careful because the witches are coming. At the moment they are trying to get control over Emily again and I'm scared because I know that I'm next." The girl spoke up quickly, her voice was light and fearfully and I could see the sincerity in her eyes.

I nodded slowly and stared nervously at the blond girl...well, Emily, on the ground; she was clutching her head in pain and tears were pooling out of her eyes. She looked me in the eyes and I could clearly see that she was scared, Emily got to her feet again and leaned against the other girl for support.

"Remember that note you got while Jordan was still the Alpha?"  Emily questioned shakily. I nodded my head and she continued, "It still applies, the witches never wanted Jordan dead, they wanted Heather," Emily stopped and clutched her head wincing slightly, "and the item they want is a powerful necklace which Heather found while she was a rouge, that needs to be returned by the next full moon or they are going to attack."

Emily collapsed on the ground again, I ran over and helped her to her feet; I looked at the other girl; hoping that Emily wasn't telling the truth but she shook her head sadly. I sighed and slowly helped the girl drag Emily to the boarder.

"My name is Georgia by the way," She said at last, I nodded my head; I remember hearing that name from somewhere before, "I was a shop keeper before so that's probably why I seem so familiar."

I nodded my head finally understanding, "Will you be alright carrying Emily in her own?" I asked concerned. Georgia nodded her head slowly and frowned down at Emily.

"She was actually okay to walk half an hour ago but decided to become a lazy shit," Georgia confirmed and I laughed as Emily lifted her head up and started to protest.

I watched amused as they walked across the boarder still bickering with each other. I started to walk back to the pack house by myself.

About when I was three quarters of the way back I started to hear noises; panicking slightly I bolted and ran up and tree, being careful not to make a sound so then I wouldn't get detected. Soon enough Jason came in to view and I had to stop myself from laughing as he circled around the tree I was on, sniffing it like a dog.

"You done checking the tree out yet Jason?" I called out. He jumped in surprise and looked up and smirked at me.

He shook his head and continued to circle the tree; glancing up at me occasionally. I smiled to myself and relaxed more on to the branch and yawned, this is the life. Stuck up a tree because your soul mate is down there waiting for you so then he can walk you home like a child.

After about twenty minutes Jason finally stopped pacing. "Your going to have to come down eventually," Jason called up to me; I smirked to myself and closed my eyes.

"Not for a while yet Jason," I murmured yet I knew that he could still hear me. He sighed in frustration and I shifted on the branch uncomfortably. I hate it when he is annoyed with me but then again I love to annoy people.

Soon though I could feel air whipping at my skin and I opened my eyes to see myself falling. I fell out of the damn tree! Please excuse me while I invent some very new, colourful words....
