second person pov (i think)

You were Fred and George's best friend. Molly and Arthur Weasley had practically raised you, since your parents weren't around that much. This made the Weasley siblings feel like your brothers and sister.

However, Cedric Diggory was also your best friend, since you were little kids, your dad was really good friends with his, and you
were sorted in hufflepuff as well.
Obviously you had developed a crush on the pretty boy. Cedric knew everything about you, except your crush on him because you were almost positive he didn't like you back. You had only trusted Hermione with this secret.

You were currently walking to Amos Diggory, with Ginny and Hermione on either side of you. You were looking around for Cedric until you heard someone jump from the tree.

"Hey Y/N", he said with a small smile,
"Hi Ced", you said, your cheeks getting rosy.

Hermione nudged your shoulder as you blushed even more.

Everyone started walking while Cedric walked by your side,

"excited for this school year?", he asked,
"i mean i don't know", you said as he smiled cheekily and ruffled your hair.
You had arrived near the port key, or boot, and Cedric held your hand while his other one was on the boot. You were practically a tomato by now.

Once you were supposed to let go, you almost fell to the floor but Cedric caught you, now it was his turn to blush. He wrapped his arm around you as you walked over to the tent.
You had then said your goodbyes as you walked in the Weasleys tent.

-after the whole death eater thing-
your pov

Fred, George and I had just started our 5th year at Hogwarts and I haven't seen Cedric since the whole death eater incident. I was worried but I knew he was okay.

I walked in the great hall and sat down at the hufflepuff table. I felt someone sit next to me and looked over to see Cedric, i almost immediately engulfed him in a hug.

"Didn't know you missed me this much Y/N"
"Oh shut it! i was worried sick about you Ced, not even an owl to tell me you're okay?!"
"i'm here right now aren't i?", he said with a cheeky smile.

- after they announced the tri-wizard tournament-

I was reading a muggle book in the common room when I saw Cedric walk in,

"OH! Y/N, I have exciting news!"
"what is it?" I asked
"i'm going to put my name in the Goblet of Fire"
I almost immediately stood up,
"WHAT!", i yelled with a mix of anger and worry in my voice
"CEDRIC YOU CAN'T DO THAT"
"why not?", he asked calmly
"you ju- you just can't"
"YOU CAN'T CONTROL ME Y/N, I THOUGHT YOU WOULD SUPPORT ME", he said now yelling
"SUPPORT YOU IN WHAT? KILLING YOURSELF?", I argued back
"I SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN TOLD YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE", he shouted before storming off.

-next morning-

I woke up the next morning with a massive headache, and then remembered what happened with Cedric. I decided to be supportive of Cedric and i'll help him no matter what. I walked in the great hall and there was no sign of him whatsoever. I just sat down hoping he'll walk in any second.
