"Wake up Sam..You're already late.."

"Saam..!!"

I hurriedly woke up hearing the scream of my mom..

"Mom, I will be in time..now let me sleep for a while ! " , I replied her..

But as we all know..Mothers never accept for, what we ask .I pushed myself to get out of my bed..I started to prepare myself without expecting a coffee from mom..Not less than an hour, we started to University.

"There I saw the Seacoast University for the first time !"

The myrtle greenery and peaceful environment caught my sight..It was large, elegant and carries a spirit of Heritage. But I was in such a tensed state, that I couldn't even feel the essence of the beautiful surroundings..

Soon I waved good bye to father and walked into the main hall way packed with people, worry pasted on their faces.

I got distracted by a husky and penetrating voice, more of a conversation from a room, that I was about to pass. I stopped by and looked through the Venetian blinds, out of curiosity.

I found an young man, talking to someone staring at his reflection in the mirror adjusting his shirt. The full length of the mirror, couldn't cover him, I realized that everything about him seemed perfect. I suddenly felt conscious when his gaze shifted to me, it sent a chill down my spine..I moved back as a reflex to hide myself.

I walked forward hastily and bumped into someone, she was the same person, young man was having conversation with earlier. I smiled at her nervously and rushed to the end of the hall, to avoid any known faces. I found the interview room, heard it was my name they called out and stepped in with no time for fear or second thoughts .

Few minutes later, I finished my interview and stepped out of the room with a sense of satisfaction and relief. One thing that I have always believed is that "One must put in their complete efforts, ignoring the thoughts of the final outcome," and I think I have done the same then.

We returned back home and discussed everything while having dinner.

I think, deep down, I secretly pray this should be my first and last interview for getting an admission, not just because of my fear of facing people, but also something that drew my attention.

Hoping for a positive reply, I hit my bed with so many thoughts unprocessed.
