it was a beautiful day in Hollywood. we drove past all the people enjoying their days on fairfax. we might've even seen Tyler The Creator. the sun was setting and the girls were all singing their hearts out. i was so happy. i hadn't taken anything yet. kali and ama were already a bit tipsy but lily was the one driving us home. she didn't drink or do drugs so she was always the one to take us home. lily was like our mom. kali was the loud flirt and ama was just a crazy ass tomboy. i loved all of them. they made me feel safe. taking drugs made me feel guilty. i mean... i had them by my side... what more could i want ? we were arriving to olan's house and my anxiety started settling in. you could see the led lit house from a mile away. the energy shifted as we pulled up. i sat in the car for a while not making the girls stay with me. i didn't want to feel like a burden. after what felt like 10 years I finally headed inside.
