Clay's POV

I was walking back to my apartment after hanging out with Sapnap, when I started coughing. I started running and ran into my apartment. I start coughing harder when I get to the bathroom, I start coughing over the toilet and I see flower petals. I immediately started crying from the pain in my throat. After the pain started fading I called BadBoyHalo, he started freaking out cause he's never heard me cry before and started asking me a lot of questions. After a few questions and me explaining what happened he asked "What flower were the petals from?" I was confused why he would need to know that but I answered "Tulip. Why?" He hummed in response and said "One sided love and when did you start coughing?" I started blushing as I started thinking about when it started and immediately thinking about how cute Sapnap looked today. I started coughing again and threw up more tulip petals. I then told Bad "It started when I was thinking about Sapnap on my way home." He hummed again in response and began talking again. "You have the Hanahaki disease. You will cough up flower petals and eventually blood. If your feelings get stronger towards Sapnap then you will eventually start coughing up entire flowers the petals came from. If your feelings continue then flowers will begin to sprout form your skin. You can get a surgery to remove the flowers however you will also remove all romantic feelings towards the person or you can keep the flowers and feelings and die." At this point Bad was crying too. "Please Clay don't choose death. Please just get the surgery. I'm begging you." I slowly stopped crying and mumbled "Ok I'll think about it" He gently laughed and that made me laugh. He whispered "Just try not to think about him too much. For all of our sakes." I started wheezing. "Ok I won't" We said our greetings and I hung up before walking to my bedroom and flopping on my bed.

Sapnap's POV

I was hanging out with clay when he said he should head home. I decided to head back to the hotel I was staying at , as I was walking out I saw clay start coughing violently and before I could help he ran the rest of the way to his apartment. I walked back my hotel a little sad. As soon as I got back to my room I grabbed a towel and took a shower. When I got out I put on boxers and a tank top and laid on the bed thinking about why Clay was coughing that violently and why it just started. I eventually fell asleep and dreamt about him.
