Chloe's POV
A splash that had erupted from the pond jolted my awake from my slumber, it was about 5:00 o'clock in the morning, because the sun had not risen yet. I was kind of glad that it did because I planned a completely new plan, I will sneak into the pack house, saving myself from a long lecture and I will change and go to school, my old one although it would be a bit awkward I was doing this for my best firend Bernent. It's weird how I miss Bernent, my amazing and awesome friend, more than my mom. Of course I would never say that out loud, but it was completely true. Once I got my new plan formed in my head, I shifted to my wolf and started my journey back to my home.
****************
Although my plan was formed in about half an hour, it went completely as planned. I passed security with no problem. As I rounded the house, I was a bit in paranoia, but I mean lets be honest here who wouldn't? Once I finally found my window, with the same hearts and those sappy decorations that I had had 1 year ago, I realized that I was pretty much screwed, how was I supposed to climb up into my room. I looked around until my eyes settled on an oak tree. Oh what the hell, I thought. About 20 minutes later I finally reached my window. I pushed up the window holder and hopped inside my room careful to not make noise. I breathed in the scent, ahhhh still smells the same. I walked into the washroom, looking at it, everything was the same nothing was touched it was truely amazing. Except was it really? I don't know, to me it felt like no one had been searching for me. A pang of hurt forming in my heart, set my sprits down. I sighed. Although I looked like almost completely different on the outside. I felt completely like my old-self in the inside. I breathed out a breath, straightened my shoulders, and slightly shook my head. I wasn't going to let the past over-take me, it was going to just make me sulk. No, I will take-in my new personality and accept that the past is the past and I should focus on the future on the real me. But that was of course easier said than done.
******************
Once I finished my business in the bathroom. I brushed my now-shiny blonde hair. It had been shoulder-width before I had left but now it was till my belly-botton. I put on my navy blue and fushia colored crop top with a pair dark washed high-waisted jeans. As I put on my black and white converse a knock came from outside the door. Wide eyed I stood up, cursing under my breath. The door creeked open and I rushed to the window and jumped. I landed with a thud and began running again ignoring the searing pain that exploded on my feet. After running absentmindedly I came to a stop to catch some air. After a few moments I regained my normal breathing. And started out of the woods, by the time I reached school, everyone was already half-way through class. I walked to the secretary, she handed me my schedule and I looked at it:
1st Period: English
2nd Period: Math
3rd Period: Science
4th Period: Lunch
5th Period: Geography
6th Period: Choir
Well to me it looks like this day looks wonderful! Notice the sarcasam dripping off my words.
****************
When I walked into the English class all heads turned to me. Ugh it just looks soooo cliche like in the movi-.
"Hello and who might you be?" said a deep voice.
I looked at the teacher before saying,
"Chloe, my name is Chloe."
I turned my attention to the class looking over them until one person caught my eye. I inwardly gasped, that was, that was, he was, the guy. The guy who had made me run away. I glared holes at him until he stared up at me. His hazel brown eyes filled with kindness and care that any girl would melt into a puddle for, but not me. I continued to glare daggers at himuntil the teacher cleared his throat.
"Um Chloe would you like to take a seat." He asked trying to break tension.
I nodded in response before taking a seat next to a human. He looked cute so why not? I plopped down on my seat and faced the teacher until I felt a nudge. I turned to the human, and he smiled at me and whispered,
"You look hot!"
I blushed muttering a 'thanks' thhen he continued,
"Want to be my date for the Friday back-to-school dance."
I was about to say no but when I fel a cold stare my way I smirked and said,
"I would love to."
"Cool oh and by the way my name is Chris." he said with a smile.
I leaned closer to him and placed my lips on to his, he was shocked for a second then kissed me back. Luckily looks couldn't kill or else I would have been long gone. Once me and Chris pulled apart I looked at the guy and gave him an innocent smile saying, what are you looking sooo upset about, I only kissed him. He scowled in respose. I smirked in a retort. It went on lke that until the teacher said,
"Zach stop flirting with Chloe."
The class burst into fits of gaffuws, I laughed along with them. But wondered in my mind 'so his name is Zach.' I snorted 'ugh such a cliche name.' Then I got serious, 'Well Zach you and I both know what is coming to you so watch out.' I giggled inwardly. Smiling to myself I continued,'you started it and I'm not ending it infact I just started.' With that I snapped out of talking to myself and looked at Zach mischeviously smiling. Sooo so clueless, I thought to myself. The poor boy doesn't know what's coming for him, but soon enough he will soon he will.
