Explanation of the Form:

• You can give any medium of deliverance to us. We will have to deliver the sash and the sticker to you.

•A little get-to-know about your book.

•It's really important for you to highlight the level of maturity your book has, so that we can allot you a suitable judge who is comfortable reading it.

•It's important for you to highlight if your book contains characters that are related to LGBTQ+ in any way, so that we can allot you a suitable judge.

•Which continent means from which continent do you belong from? So that you can get more places in the other categories.

•Which language means that if your book if from another language other than English. Highlighting that will help you secure to other categories. Please highlight even if your book is in English.

•Highlight if you are a judge or not. If you are, then please mention which genre(s).

•Do write the answers to the passwords.
