I've kinda changed it slightly to the point everytime Tommy takes something to heart, it hurts his heart. Thought it would make a better angst story :)

Tommy wasn't an emotional kid, or that's what people said. He took most things to heart but he never did show that in videos or things like that because...he didn't want people to think he was weak or childish. As tommy set up his camera, ready for another day of streaming, he got a text on discord.

Tubbo-hay Tommy, do you wanna come on the server with a few of us? I'm the only manburg man here and I want you to come one

Tommy smiled and texted a quick response before starting up the stream. "What is up everybody" he laughed as he waved to the camera. "So we have some awesome things planned on today's stream so lets just hop straight into-whaaaaa?" As tommy joined the smp, he was surrounded by everyone on the dream side. "Oh no" he spun his character round slightly as he looked at them all. They were decked out.

Dream-Vc 3

Tommy moves his characters head to nod and joined. "This won't be good boys" Tommy mumbled before he joined the Vc. "Hayyyyyy guys....what's up?" He asked, a slight nervous chuckle followed. "Hand over the discs child" Sapnap said. A small smile grew upon the streamers face as he cracked his knuckles. He quickly checked his inventory and then shook his head. "I'm afraid I can't do that" he said. He punched Eret out the way and walked down the wooden path. "Yo that wasn't cool" Eret said "yeah and neither are you but I'm not complaining" Tommy laughed. "Bitch boy"

For some reason Tommys heart felt as if it was hit. He groaned slightly as he gripped his chest. "Sorry I need to go do something, entertain my stream" Tommy said and he put his headphones down and rushed of to the bathroom. "Oh oh, I got this" Tubbo said as he joined the Vc. "Were did you come from?" George asked. "Shush Gogy" Tubbos character ran over to Tommys and placed down a boat. "Oh my" Eret laughed as he listened to Tubbo sing, you spin me right round baby, in a boat.

Tommy ran into the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror. Blood trickled down from his nose as he rose an eyebrow. "That's weird" he mumbled and grabbed a tissue before walking back over to stream. "Hay I'm back" he called as he threw his headphones on. "Were did you go?" Dream asked. "My nose just started bleeding, weird I know but it's all cool" he smiled as he turned his character to look down at the minecraft Tubbo in a boat. "Uh right, so no discs for you ad I am out of here" Tommy laughed. "Tommy-" tommy went wide eyed. "Uh WAIT MUM I'M STREAMING" He yelled as he bolted over to his door and quietly spoke to him mum. "Yeah, see you in a bit" Tommy sat back down and sighed. "Sorry....again" He said but this time, they surrounded him again. "Wimp" George laughed "ngh~...flashbacks. This-This keeps happening to me" Tommy laughed, hiding the pain in his chest.

"You're a child, probably why your mum was there" Tommy hissed in pain as blood began to fall again. His chat was yelling at him to go see his dad or someone to help but he ignored it. "Are you lot watching my stream?" He asked. "I am" Dream said. "I know Tubbo and Eret are too, why? The baby scared to be alone?" Dream chuckled as tommy bit his lip, holding back screams of pain Tommy nodded. "Than tell my chat to stop telling me to go see someone, I'm fine" Tommy growled slightly as he dabbed the tissue under his nose. "Some people get nose bleeds because theyre scared. Is itty bitty tommy scared?" Sapnap laughed as Tommy groaned quietly. He felt that substance rub down his mouth. He wiped it and moved his hand back. Half of his hand was red. "Holy shit" he stood up and threw his headphones on the floor and ran off. His stream was going crazy.

"Is he alright?" Tubbo asked, his character looking uo at Dream since dream was on a grass block. "Yes Tubbo...he should be fine. I'm going to add some people to the call if that's okay?" "I need to go, I have something planned with the family...and Sapnap wants to tag along" George said as both him and Sapnap left the call. "Who you adding?" Eret asked. "Sleepy bois inc" 

Tommy walked back in, his face red, blood down his top as he sat down and picked uo his headphones. "Sorry again...I don't know what's going on" he apologised. "Hello Tommy" Tommy fell pail. "Oh fuck-Techno my man...how's it been?" He laughed, checking now and again if he was bleeding. "Are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah I'm good, I think I'm ill though" Tommy explained. "Tommy you're more than ill, we are watching your stream. You look like shit" Wilbur said, also being there. Tommy covered his mouth as a jolt of pain flowed through him. "F-fuck...ow" He whispered, clutching his chest. "So guys, I'm going to end my stream here. See yall tomorrow. And I'm fine, don't make 'Tommys dying' trend on Twitter please" with that, Tommy ended the stream.

"Tom are you okay?" Phil asked, also being there. "Who else is in the call?" Tommy asked. "Wilbur, techno, me, Dream and Eret. Tubbo left a few minutes ago to go bed" Phil said. "O-oh...okay" Tommy was slightly upset his Friend had gone. "Gah-Fuck" Tommy slammed his fist onto the table as he clutched his chest. "W-what the fuck?" He mumbled, tears welling up in his eyes. "Tommy what's going on? Do I need to come round?" Wilbur asked. Wilbur lived about an hour away but he would get there in 15 minutes if needed. "The sleepy bois are at my house, we can come help you" Wilbur was panicked. "Ngh~no...no I'm fine just a small prick" Tommy lied as he moved his hand back to his mouse. "Wait can I try something?" Eret asked. "Tommy?" Tommy gulped slightly "yeah?"

"Fucking Twat"

Tommy covered his mouth as he screamed in pain. He knew Eret was just joking around but it hurt him to be called that. "Oh fuck-Wilbur get to his house now, use discord on your phone" Eret yelled as he heard the three sleepy bois run off somewhere. "User left-user left-user left your channel" all three of them left Eret and Tommy alone. "Tommy use face cam, I want to make sure you're okay" Tommy nodded and put up face cam, Eret did the same. "Fucking hell" Tommy groaned slightly. "No no no, not to you. Tommy breath. It's okay" tommy nodded, his breathing hitched.

(Sorry to interrupt but my dad just bought the best chips from five guys ever)

Tommy and Eret spoke for a while until a news report flashed up. "What the-IS THAT WILBUR!?" Tommy yelled, his face slightly pail.

Breaking news, three males have broken over 20 driving rules clearly trying to get somewhere. Can you tell us what's going on sir?

Wilbur was handcuffed to Techno, who was handcuffed to Phil who was handcuffed to a street lamp. "My friend is extremely hurt and if I can't get to him he will die" Tommy Yelped as he held his chest. He was going to die!? Tears streamed his face as pain zapped through his body. "We need to get to him now for fuck sake" Techno hissed. "Do you even know who I am?"

"Uh Eret?" Eret looked uo from his phone. "Do you think anyone else tastes blood too?" Tommy asked and you could see the color drain from Erets face. "I'm in America.. shit" he mumbled.

1 hour later

"User joined you channel" Eret sighed in relief "Hay so what house is yours again?" Wilbur asked as Phil was now driving. "The...the...th....e..." Tommy hadn't been looking to great and it wasn't looking any better. "The, 8th o-o...n...e.." Tommys head was on his desk as he clutched his chest. "Oh...that one" Tommy groaned in pain, he assumed Phil was complaining about his house and be felt bad because him mum brought the house. "Wait no that's not a bad thing" Tommy hissed in pain as he slammed his fist on the table. "D-door....pen" Tommy slurred. "Mm close eyes"

"No, tommy keep them open" Wilbur said as he pulled up to a house. "Eret thank you, we will take it from here. We'll tell you if he's not okay" Techno said. "User left your channel." The computer dinged. "T-thank....s...Eret....for-for...help" Tommy murmured. His door opened and The sleepy bois walked in. Wilbur ran straight to his 'brothers aid' as Techno and Phil were getting medical supplies. "Mmmm'sorry" tommy said before his eyes closed.
