Chapter 16 ~ The Fight of Light and Dark

Now that my training over the weeks and months has finished i headed over to the lake with ayato,liah who was now 9 and the rest of them up on arriving i stopped then looked over to see the lord of the vampires waiting and smirking at me "i see you have came to challenge me once again" he said in a cold tone of voice with him still grinning ayato and the others glared as light began to surround around my body and his darkness surrounded his body. I made my sword appear in my hand as he unsheathed his kanata's grinning for a few seconds we stood in silence looking at us then as the wind blew pass us in a instant both of us dashed towards each other then swinging our weapons at the same both collided creating a powerful clash explosion ayato stood his ground so did reiji,subaru,kanato,cordelia,shu,laito,christa,beatrix and liah as the clash created a powerful gale pass them as the explosion vanished laito's eyes widened seeing how mine and the lord's attacks were matched at the same strenghth as i could hear the cheer from my family i smiled to myself then pushed the lord back and sent him flying by kicking him in the chest then blasting him across the ground,i panted heavily then noticed a bit of blood running down my arm i looked at my shoulder seeing it was slashed slowly i gripped my shoulder then i looked over seeing him get up as he did he smirked at me as he dashed towards me and so did i but then he vanished i stopped looking around wondering where he was going to appear "Yuki behind you!" yelled christa i quickly turned around but was to late to defend then he slashed me following up a powerful blast which sent me flying through the trees. Liah ran over to me followed by ayato and the others as they reached me the lord laughed subaru kneeled down "yuki are you okay say something" as tears fell down his cheek kanato gripped his fist so did shu then looked at the lord with anger as both of them dashed towards them but they were no match for them because in a instant they were sent flying across the ground "beatrix look after liah" ayato said as his eyes glowed brightly then picking up my sword he dashed towards the lord and swung the sword but in a ease he blocked it then pushed ayato back laughing even more as he continued to block ayato's slashes liah watched then looked at me as she kneeled down beside me her small soft hands touch my cheeks i slowly opened my eyes seeing subaru,christa,beatrix,liah and cordelia looking at me i smiled softly then staggered to get onto my feet. 

Subaru along with cordelia helped me to get onto my feet then i saw ayato fighting the lord i called out to ayato but wrapped in rage he could not hear me until my eyes widen as i seen ayato get sent flying across the ground tears fell down my eyes as the lord laughed i gripped my fists as light once again surrounded my body then it vanished into my body my eyes were glowing brightly. The lord looked at me with a dark smirk on his face then darkness surrounded his body as it did it disappeared into his body making his eyes glow putting my hand out flat my sword appeared glowing in a beautiful bright light i started to walk over then stopped half way through "you have messed and hurt my family so much and this time i will DEFEAT YOU!!!" i yelled out to him then dashed towards him "we shall see about that!" he yelled then dashed towards me once again as we both swung our weapon it clashed brightly making a big cloud dust,subaru then ran over to kanato and shu then helped them up reiji,laito,cordelia and christa ran over to ayato and helped him up while liah and beatrix continued to watch the fight as sparks of metal was flying everywhere and the sound of metal banging against each other with might that neither of us were going to give up not by a long shot,shut and kanato were supported subaru while ayato was supported by reiji and his mother then looked over watching the fight but then all of a sudden there was a bright light everyone covered their eyes once it was gone everyone unconvered their eyes as they did they saw me also the lord laying on the ground badly injured laito ran over quickly with beatrix and everyone else he then helped me up as i got to my feet slowly "yuki are you okay?" christa asked me i nodded slowly as i did i looked over to the lord noticing he was not moving slowly i walked over to the body with laito's support then nudged him but he was not moving double checking he was dead for good in which he was i gave a sigh of relief "is he dead?" asked reiji i looked over to him then nodded smiling softly ayato smiled at me softly as he was hugging liah close all of two spirits appeared my eyes widened "mother...father..." i spoke as tears fell down my cheeks cordelia looked at them as her eyes widen "you did well sweetheart and you have defeated the evil that threatened your world" my mother spoke softly "Cordelia everyone..i hope you will watch over our little girl" said my father,cordelia and everyone nodded with a smile as both of my parents vanished with a smile on their faces then liah took my hand "lets go home mommy" i smiled and nodded me,ayato and everyone else started to head back to the mansion looking towards the new era and the new future.
