How to manage our feelings. your feelings aren't always a good thing. because our feelings may drive us to the wrong way and I know how bad is it specially for sensitive people like me 😭 to me every word or feeling was driven me to another place because of that you should manage your feeling to express it in a right way with a normal reaction but managing our stress, sadness, happiness, depression, anxiety, guilt, success and proudness can be so hard even if it's good or bad feeling but there's a lot of ways to managing our feelings and it's different from one to another but to me I have my own way to deal with each feeling so let's start with stress and I know how it's bad to be stressed in so for stress you have to calm down, relax ,and don't push yourself too hard and remember it's okay to feel stressed it's just a bad period and it's gonna pass away. now let's go to sadness we all maybe feel sad for no reason and we don't know why we feel like this but we should remind ourselves that we are humans and it's okay feel sad but not for a long while but to solve this you should do something make you happy like drawing, playing any sport or hobby. . now let's talk about depression to deal with depression you have to get out of your bed or your house and do something useful . now let's deal with anxiety do deal with it you're gonna push yourself to a bright side and focus on a good things finally lets make a deal with guilt it's really bad feeling but first you should know why you feel guilty and accept it and that's all I wanna say but please guys remember if you have a real problem you should ask the doctor about it . love you guys so much and thanks for your support and beautiful words 💖💖
