CC X Reader

It was raining and I was locked out of my house and worse of all even if I wasn't locked out I couldn't go back. My family had disowned me just an hour ago. I didn't know where to go, how was I going to pay for school, food, shelter? I walked to the nearest gas station and walked in shivering. "Hey you okay kid?" the cashier asked. My clothes and hair sticked to me making my colder. "Yeah, d-do you have a phone?" I asked. My parents took mine before kicking me out so I couldn't get help or call anyone. The cashier gave me theirs and I dialed and I called my friend Adrienne. "Hello?" I heard her voice and let out a sob. "Its (y/n), I'm at the gas station nearest my house...can you pick me up?" I asked trying to keep my voice steady. "Of course, ill have Christian pick you up, stay inside babes" she said before hanging up. I handed the phone back to the man and thanked him before going to stand by the door.

I waited maybe 5 minutes before I saw a car park and a teen get out with an umbrella and walk to the store. I waved and walked out looking up at Christian my friends brother. "Hey, thanks for this" I said my voice cracking. He gave me a sad smile and handed me a jacket, leading me back to the car. I got in and waited for him to start driving. He turned on some music and we drove in silence, I began to cry all the way to their house. We pulled into the driveway and he parked just sitting there. "Hey come here" he said gently before leaning over and giving me a hug. "Lets go in and get you warm" his voice was soft and calmed me down. I got out and we ran inside right before I got attacked by Adrienne giving me a tight hug. "Are you okay?!" she asked franticly checking for any injuries.  I shook my head "Adrienne, give her some space. Let her shower and give her some spare clothes then she can talk if she wants" Christian cut in. I gave him a thankful look before I was led to the shower. "Ill leave you some clothes" she said before leaving. I nodded and turned on the hot water before undressing and staring at myself in the mirror. My (h/c) hair clung to my body, I looked at my frail body and the scars on my hips. I had been broken by my family yet I felt worse then ever at the moment. 

I tore my gaze away and stepped into the shower letting the hot water run over me. I took a quick shower and got out to dry myself off. I saw that Adrienne had left me some clothes, I put on the shirt seeing it wasn't hers based on how bulky it was on me. I took in the smell and recognized it as Christians. I let a small smile form before I through on the rest and left the bathroom. I walked back to the living room and sat down looking at Adrienne, she didn't have to say anything her eyes told me everything. I opened my mouth to speak but was interrupted with Christian handing me a mug of tea. I thanked him and began telling them everything. Once I had finished I could see Christian tensing, I could feel his anger. "Here, lets go to sleep and figure this out in the morning, you can sleep with me" Adrienne said helping me up and to her room. I looked back at Christian who was watching me back.

I woke up and looked around, it was still dark. I slowly got up and left the room trying to get my head straight. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water before sitting on the couch. They light turned on and I turned my head seeing Christian in his sleepwear. "Oh sorry I didn't know anyone was up" he said rubbing his head. "It's fine, I just couldn't sleep" I replied with a small smile. Even in this moment he seemed to make me happy "thanks for the help" I said. He walked over and sat next to me, I set the water on the table and faced him. "(y/n) if you wanted to...you could live with us" he said, I could see he was worried on asking. "We can look after you, just don't go back to them" he said leaning his head against my shoulder. He was broken, this had taken a toll on him. I would be lying if I said I was only friends with him, I knew when we first met we both felt something. "Thank you" I said hugging him, I didn't want him to see me crying anymore. "I won't let them hurt you" he whispered before getting up. "Sleep in my room, I know she snores so its hard to sleep" he smiled. I choked out a laugh before standing up and walking with him to his room. We crawled into bed and he wrapped his arms around me. I fell asleep to his breathing, not having any worries of the future.
