It was a Sunday evening but not just any other Sunday it was our seven year anniversary
I have the table set up I had the food ready I had my outfit ready I just needed my boyfriend to come home

After another hour of waiting I decided to go to bed, I sat in bed for another three hours before I heard the door open

I could hear the lie in his voice so I just looked at him as the tears flowed down my face

The second he started playing the song I felt my heart drop
