A/N Hope it's good! I'm trying to think like an older person it's hard! The person who gets shout is gacha_bell !

Johnny Dates ruined my love life. It's ironic considering his last name is Dates. He cheated on me when we were 16, then spread a rumor around the whole school saying that I have Autism. I don't and nothing is wrong with having Autism. However, that led everyone to believe him and no one wanted to date me. Curse you Johhny Dates!

As per usual, I was alone, at the beach reading. A little next to me there was a couple. A tall boy with messy black hair and sea-green eyes. He looked like a more handsome Harry Potter. Next to him was a girl a few inches shorter than him. She had blonde curly hair and steely gray eyes. He was begging the girl to come in the water as she was reading a book. A book by Bruce Banner. Why was a 17-year-old girl be reading a book by Bruce Banner for fun? The boy looks like a player and will probably break her heart in a few days.

"Come on, Wise Girl! Why are you reading that sciency book anyway? It's so long and boring," he groaned giving her puppy dog eyes.

"No Percy, I'll come in after I finish this chapter. It's another 15 pages. I should be there in about five minutes," the girl replied looking mildly annoyed. How can she read so fast, too? 15 pages in five minutes? That's three pages a minute!

"That's going to take forever! You know how bad my ADHD is! It's 10 times worse than your's and my dyslexia is 30 times worse!" He exclaimed. Wait so the girl has dyslexia, and she is reading a book about quantum physics? How bad is her dyslexia? Most people can't even read half the words in that book and she's reading it with dyslexia!

"I'm almost done the chapter just two more pages," she replied bored. Already! It's been like 2 minutes! "Done. Now let's go in the water before you start to bug me again," she said walking to the boy. "Race ya!" She yelled looking over her shoulder only to find the boy right next to her.

We were like 100 feet from the water how were they already there! About an hour later they came back completely dry somehow. How is that possible? Then I blinked and they were drenched. Maybe I was seeing things.

   "Hey, Annabeth?" Percy asked her.

   "Hmm?" She replied.

"Where are the blue cookies?" He said digging through the beach bag.

"What do you mean they should be in there, unless I forgot them, but I made sure to pack them," she started to walk over there. Why were the cookies blue? So many things were running through my mind.

"Here they are Seaweed Brain. Next to the granola bars," she scolded him.

"Well, I didn't think you'd pack them next to the healthy stuff!" He defended.

"Well, I did. We each get one now and one for the road," Annabeth told him handing Percy a cookie.

"I'm going to head back in the water! You should come, too!" Percy called to her as he raced towards the water.

"I'll be there in a second!" She yelled shaking her head.

I felt the need to warn her about Percy. "Excuse me miss. I couldn't help but overhear your conversation with your boyfriend. I just want to warn you about him. He seems like the kind of guy that would cheat on you. It happened to me and my whole life was ruined," I told her, warningly.

"Thank you miss, however, we have been together for 3 years tomorrow. He would never cheat on me or do anything in any way to hurt me, I can assure you. Thank you for your worry though!" She cheerily replied. Running to the water to her boyfriend. Well, I did warn her.

10 years later

I was walking into Brandybine Elementry School, to pick up my adoptive daughter. I found a nice man and we decided to adopt a child. He was in the same situation as me. I walked in to pick her up and saw, two people who looked vaguely familiar. I just couldn't place them. One had messy black hair sticking up in every which way, the other had princess curled blonde hair and calculating gray eyes. They were holding hands, so I decided to ask if I knew them.

"Hello. You two look familiar, do we know each other somehow?" I asked as I walked up to them.

"Yes, not very well, however you warned me about my husband here on the beach. You said he would cheat on me or something," the girl replied.

"Oh. Well, I can see that didn't happen. I'm sure you have a lovely family, I guess we will meet again," I replied heading back to the spot I was at before with George my husband.

"Mom, Dad! Can Taylor come over to play and do some homework?" A girl of about 10 came out with our daughter Taylor.

"I don't see why not. As long as it's alright with Taylor's parents, why don't you go ask," the man with messy black hair replied to his daughter.

"Okay!" A few seconds later Taylor came over with a girl that had steely gray eyes and straight black hair.

"Hi, Mom and Dad! Can I go over to Rose's house to play and do some homework?" Taylor asked.

George and I consulted using our eyes and decided she can. "Yes, honey. Why don't we talk with Rose's parents?"

"They're right over here!" Rose exclaimed pointing to the boy with messy hair and the girl with curly blonde hair.

"Hi. It seems our daughters have become friends," I said holding out my hand. "I'm Karen and this is George," told them gesturing to George as he held out his hand.

"It seems they have, I'm Annabeth and this is Percy. Rose asked if Taylor could come over. It's fine with us as long as it's alright with you two," Annabeth told us.

"It is alright with us. We can pick her up whenever is good for you," George said to them.

"Well, whenever you want her home is good for us. She can stay for dinner if she'd like," Percy said.

"We might just take you up on that offer. We can pick her up around 6?" I asked.

"6 is good. Enjoy your kid-free evening! Oh, we almost forgot to tell you where we live. Its 619 Grebe's lane," Percy exclaimed.

"Alright thank you! We actually live right down the street from there," I informed them.

"Well, then maybe we will see you around," Annabeth replied.

As we left George and I were talking about what a nice couple they seemed like. I'm glad they stayed together and I'm glad I found George.

And that is how I met Percabeth. Is that what kids say nowadays?
