The Seek out

"Know who can tell me where the calcaneus is located?" I never got anatomy, but even after a month I still couldn't focus I mean I got good grade but I still would always go back to why am I here and why was Alex always disappearing eve other day.

Was she seeking out to go see someone? Or did she just want to be alone either way she wasn't telling me anything she would just say "I just need some air" but I could tell she was lying

one night I pretended to fall asleep to see what she would do and sure enough around 11:00 she was up and headed out the door I waited a few seconds before looking out the window and saw that she was headed to town.

I got up put on a pair of leggings and the giant t-shirt I already had on and sneakers and headed out the door trying my hardest to quietly run down the hall and stairs and down to town I followed her down to town and I thought I saw her turn but I lost her.

Heavenly Falls was a town that between nine and ten o'clock the town as dead even the one stop light at the end of town stopped working. After ten minutes of looking I headed back to the Academy.

When I got here Alex was still gone I put on my shorts and looked down at my clock twelve o'clock exactly I laid down on my bed and fell asleep to my same lullaby of questions I had fell asleep to every night before.
