Upon hearing that YuKi will be coming over even though it is not his scheduled day of work, my heart went from A to Z in as instant as a rush of excitement.
"YuKi will be coming over to visit on Saturday," daddy Jam said. "Along with his husband named Nicholo since we wanted to try something." He continued with a hint of concern in his voice.
My shoulder sank. I thought YuKi is the only one coming over. Why is that person coming here too? I don't want him to tag along, and I don't want to try whatever this crap that they want.
I looked up to daddy. Still, his eyes are full of concern. He just gently rubbed my shoulder, trying to convince me. I really cannot say no to daddy these past days, but at the same time, I cannot see the possible result of this so-called new thing that they wanted to try. What's another personal caretaker going to do when I am confident enough that whatever that guy can do, YuKi can do even better.
"Kelly..." Papa Jom stepped in. "Nicholo has some skills that might help us deal with the Psychogenic Blackouts. YuKi recommended we try this since he is also concerned about you." Papa's voice this time is deep and filled with authority, just like in the days when he is trying to make do what he tells me.
I looked at daddy, telling him that I don't want too, but when I looked at him again, they are in a shared agreement trying to convince me. I cannot do anything else but to agree to what they want at the end. The only consolation is that I get to see YuKi sooner than later.

It took us a while to convince Kelly about YuKis' suggestion. He is as stubborn as always and would always find a way to go around what we want. This time it is a lot different. We wanted to try what YuKi suggested since he suspected that trauma might have been the cause of his black-outs. At first, we are a little bit doubtful about it, but the more that Kelly shows the signs of trauma, mainly when he panicked at the sight of direct light, is what gave us the needed sign to try it.
We are just simple parents that would try everything for our own children. Though on the phone, Nicholo did give a heads up that everything will only be a mere suggestion since he is not a licensed Psychiatrist. He does not want to provide us with a false hope that whatever he will do will cure whatever Kelly is suffering. Though we are hoping that it might be helpful even just a bit.
After two days, YuKi came along with Nicholo, and the mere sight of him is already giving us some hope.
We guided them towards the living room when "YuKi!" Kelly shouted. He immediately rushed towards us, limping and all trying to impress YuKi about his progress.
His smile is like a lottery jackpot winner with sparkling eyes. YuKi, on the other hand, smiled back at Kelly, happy to see my son's progress. He waved his hands while the other is firmly clutched on the palm of his husband.

I was ecstatic when YuKi arrived. My heart is pounding uncontrollably. "YuKi!" I shouted when I saw him in the living room, along with someone. I immediately rushed towards them, limping and all as I wanted to show him my promise to get better sooner than later.
He is waving his right hand at me with a smile, but I can clearly see the tight grip of their hands together. I want my hand to be the one on holding his and not that guy. I know that they are already married, as YuKi never fails to talk about him. I suddenly ignored that little sight when I saw his heavenly smile. Just like what I wished for the past weeks, I know for sure I am the reason behind his smile this time.
"Hi..."He smiled at me. Now I know why YuKi is calling him Kyutipie. His smile is so cute, along with his baby face, his dimples are just ok. "Hello..." My short reply
