Chapter 3- Goodbyes and Hellos

You run into the kingdom and run home. You go through your room window and start packing your things. When you get finished you write three goodbye notes and go through your window. You run to Erron's house and sneak into his bedroom. He's asleep. You thought. You put the note on his desk and place a small peck on his cheek. Then you sneak to Kai's house and do the same. Then you sneak over to Midoryia's house. After you place it on his desk and hug him, you sneak out and run back to the tunnel. When you get down to the cave you see the half-human half-dragon eating a cow.

Y/N's POV

I Faze behind the dragon and rub my hand in his hair. He jumps and turns around. "Your back!" He hugs me. We just met today or yesterday. He's touchy and he's tall. I hug him back and then pull away. "Is this your only human form or do you have a fully human form?" I ask looking up at him. "I do have a fully human form, but I get shorter and lose my tail, claws, wings, and scales..." He replies. "Plus, I don't like being this short." "I know how you feel." I change into my 'Furry' form. "Hey! You're up to my nose now!" He gives an adorable shark smile. So cute!! "Hey, can I see your teeth?" "Um..ok?" I open my mouth to show him my teeth. He looks at them and gets confused. "Why are only two of your teeth dagger-sharp?" "Oh. I don't know why, but they're called fangs. My other teeth are pretty sharp! They just don't look sharp." I Faze to the bedroom and sit crisscrossed applesauce (Bro. Those childhood memories are hitting hard rn) on the bed. He comes over and sits next to me.

Dragon POV

I look at her ears. They look so fluffy!! Then I realized that I haven't introduced myself to her. "Ah! I forgot! My name is Eijirou Kirishima, the Red Riot dragon! What's your name?" The Kitsune looked at me confused. "I thought already told you. It's (Y/N) (L/n)." "Oh. Sorry, I forgot." We sat in uncomfortable silence for a few minutes. Then we hear "KIRISHIMA!!" Oh god...he's here. I see (L/n) stand up.

"Don't worry. It's just an old friend." The Kitsune hesitatingly sits back down. He enters the room and looks at us. "WHO THE HELL IS THIS, SHITTY HAIR?!" "Chill out Bakubro. Bakubro, this is (Y/N) (L/n). )L/n), this is Katsuki Bakugo, The Dragon King."

(Y/N)'s POV

"So you're the one and only Kachan," I say. Midoryia used to tell us stories about him. "How do you know about that name?!" "Midoryia told me stories about you." "DEKU?!" "Bakubro, chill out man!!" Kirishima calms the ash-blonde down. He is an angry boi. More like an angry pomeranian. "So..(L/n), what the fuck are you?" "A Kitsune." He looked surprised. I can tell he doesn't get surprised easily by the surprised look on Kirishima's face when Bakugo got surprised. "I thought they all went extinct!" What the hell?! "Why the hell would you think that?!" I asked. They both look at each other and look back at me. "Because the last Kitsune died seventeen years ago," Kiri explains. "That's not true. Kitsunes are hard to kill. And they can be disguised as anything they want. So you don't know if a human is a human" They looked at me in shock. Are they just now hearing this?? We talked about how Kitsunes still may be alive and why people were told Kitsunes were extinct. Somewhere in the conversation, I fell asleep. A few hours later I wake up to see...KIRI'S ON TOP OF ME!!

A few hours earlier

Kirishima's POV

I saw (L/n) fall asleep in the middle of the conversation. Bakubro told me that he was going back to his cave. So we told each other to see you later and he left. I looked over at (L/n). I should call her by her first name. I look over at her as she was peacefully sleeping. I climb on top of (Y/N) and fall asleep. I have to protect my treasure. I have to protect her. Were my last thoughts before I fell asleep.

Present Time

Y/N's POV

HE'S ON TOP OF ME!! WHY IS HE?! I better not wake him up. I lay there thinking about Erron, Kai, and Midoryia. What are they doing? Did they read my note? Are they worried? Just as thought of that a letter appeared above me. I slowly get out of Kirishima's grasp and read the letter.

Dear, Y/N (L/n),

We hope you have a fantastic adventure around the world. Send us letters about you're stats and we'll send some back. And if you ever meet your mate, pleeeeease tell us. AND COME VISIT US!!

Sincerely, Erron Black, Kai Hendso, and Izuku Midoryia

I smile. I definitely will. I put the note down and walked to the pond. I kneel and cup the water in my hands. I splash the water on my face and lay down. Man. This is going to be an adventure. I get up and walk to the room and see Kiri waking up. "Hey, Kiri." "Hey (Y/N)." "So what you wanna do?" "Well...I don't know. Maybe we can walk around outside." "Yes!"

Third Person POV

Y/n and Kirishima leave the cave and walk around. Y/n sees dragons playing around and other animals running around. "Is it always this lively here?" She asks Kirishima. "Yea. Everyone here is pretty social with everyone." Just as he said that a pink dragon lands in front of them. "Hey, Eijirou! Who i- WOAH!! YOU'RE A KITSUNE!!" Her eyes lit up. "Hey, Mina. This Y/n (L/n)." Y/n sits on her hind legs. That dragon is so pretty! She thought. "Hello (Y/n)! I'm Mina Ashido, nice to meet you!!" "Nice to meet you too" Mina's eyes glow as she studied Y/n. "So what are you guys doing?" She asks after a few minutes of studying Y/n. "We're just walking around." "Oh. Mind if I join you?" "Sure" Y/n answers for Kirishima. They all start walking. Mina started talking about the forest and what goes on there. 

Y/n was tuned in to the rant Mina was going on while Kirishima paid attention to Y/n. They walked around for about 2 hours and then they started to walk home since it was getting late. Kirishima kept asking Y/n if she was ok with walking and Y/n kept saying she was fine. "There's someone I want you guys to meet," Mina said. "Who?" Kirishima asked. Mina yelled something in dragon language and as she did it, another dragon appeared out of the ground. "Guys, this is Sero. My mate." "Hey." He says. "Hi," Kirishima says. "Hello," Y/n says. Sero looks at Y/n. "What are you?" "A Kitsune." Y/n replies. Sero looked at Mina confused because he didn't know what a Kitsune was. "I'll explain when we get home," Mina told him. "And sadly, this is where we have to part ways. It was good meeting you Y/n!" Mina says as she and Sero disappeared. "Right back at you!!" Y/n yells. They could hear Mina laugh from the darkness of the forest. "Hey, Y/n? I think it's best to fly back since it's dark now." "Yea... I guess." Before she could do anything, Kirishima grabs her with his talon and puts her on his back. He jumps up in the sky and flies back to the cave.

"I can fly on my own you know," Y/n tells him. "I rather carry you on my back than to tire yourself out," Kirishima says. Y/n sighs and lays down. This is going to be an adventure.
