College is the very exciting part for me as a freshmen student.

But, due to some circumstances, we're not having a face to face classes as of now.

I felt sad, because I am really looking forward for this journey. I am really excited to go to college and welcome the new environment.

I want to know more people, learn diverse cultures and many more.

But, it's fine.

I know, things happened for a valid reason.

Sabi nga nila, minsan kung alin pa yung bagay na hindi kasama sa mga plano mo, ang tunay na magpapasaya sayo.

Ang babago sa takbo ng buhay mo...

"Hi! We're classmates by the way! I wanna ask you something." An unexpected message appeared on my chat heads.

My brows furrowed when I opened the chat box.

"Yes. What is it?" I replied, feeling nervous because I didn't expect that one of my classmates will message me.

"I am Echari pala. I wanna ask lang if there's a new activity given by our teachers?" He asked.

I bit my lower lip. I immediately type my response.

"Ah, as of now, wala pa. But, I can give you heads up if you want" I answered

"Yeah sure. Thanks, Narianne!" He said with a smiling emojis.

I smiled too.

I thought that was our last conversation.

But, his messages appeared on my chat heads everyday.

Palagi kaming nag-uusap about our lessons. Sabay kaming nag-rarants sa isa't-isa kapag sobrang dami ng gawain.

"Ay naku, si Ma'am Malie lang talaga ang malakas! Nakakarami na ng bigay na gawain eh" Echari said.

I can't help but to smile while imagining his expressions right now.

"Oo nga, buti nga at natapos ko na. Ayaw kong dumami ang nakatambak na gawain sa akin." Natatawang tugon ko.

"Buti nalang, I can multi-task" he replied.

I smiled genuinely.

I didn't even expected that he will give me his time.

Imbes na tutok lang kami sa online class namin, we still have time to chat and talk about randomn things.

"So, broken ka pala ngayon?" He teased when I told him about my previous break up.

I chuckled.

"Not that really broken naman. I've already move on. Maybe, ikaw ang may hang ups pa sa ex mo" I teased back.

He reacted a laughing emoji on my message.

"Lol, hindi na. I already learned my lesson. Hindi na ako aasang babalik pa ang taong iniwan na ako" he replied that sounded so dramatic for me.

Naks! Hugot! Ang lalim.

"Don't cry huh." I teased again.

He reacted immediately.

"I will never do that again." He said with emphasis.

I laughed.

I'm sure he's very uncomfortable right now that we're talking about his past lovelife.
