Chapter 2

Draco's POV

I was right, every single boy at school was staring at Hermione during the beginning of term feast. A few boys asked her out but she said no to all of them. I was wondering if I should ask her out now that we don't hate each other. I mean, she was really pretty and smart and her chocolate brown eyes always made me loose focus, but I didn't think she felt the same way.
A 2 months after term started I decided I was gonna ask her out but not like a date. We would just get a cup of coffee at hogsmead and then walk around together as friends. That seemed pretty decent to me.
The next day I was looking out a window when Hermione bumped into me. "Oh, sorry Draco I was just going to the library." She said embarrassed. "It's fine. Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmead this weekend to get a cup of coffee and walk around? As friends though." He asked with a smirk.
"That would be really nice Draco, how about at 7:30 we meet at the great hall?" She asked smiling.
"Sure. Don't forget a jacket it's gonna be cold." He added. "Ok." She said still smiling. "Cya." "Bye." I said exited about this weekend.

Hermione POV

I CANT BELIEVE DRACO MALFOY JUST ASKED ME OUT!!! I was searching in my closet for a dress to wear when I spotted the perfect dress. It was a short blue flowy dress with a cutouts on the sides. I didn't have a jacket that looked good with it so I just am going to not wear one and then Draco will give me his.
It was 7:15 and I was already in the great hall. It was empty and quiet but then I heard footsteps and then Draco walked around the corner. When he saw my his jaw dropped a little. "Hi are you ready to go?" I asked blushing really hard. " Yeah let's go. Do you have a jacket?" He asked. "Oh crap! I forgot it, I'll go get it I'll be right back." I said blushing harder. "Here you can just have mine if you need it." He said blushing too. "Oh thanks."
We started walking to Hogsmead and talked about school on the way. When we got to the coffee shop it was basically empty besides Hannah Abbott and Justin Fletchr. We sat down and ordered some coffees. We talked about basically everything while they were there. When we were done, Draco payed the waiter and we started walking around Hogsmead.
We got out of the coffee shop and a blow of cold air hit me, I shivered. Draco noticed and gave me his slytherine hoodie. "Thanks Draco, I should've brought a jacket I don't want you to be cold." She said while putting on his hoodie. "Don't worry about me I'm fine." He said trying to be believable. "Ok, lets start walking then." I said grabbing me hand. He gasped and looked into my eyes. I looked into his eyes to, "Let's go cmon."

"Are you gonna tell me who your crush is now Draco?" I asked hoping he'd tell me. "Fine. It's..."
