(EXCLUSIVE 1: Loyalty, Honesty, Kindness)
It was after the Pre-Show was over that Rainbow and Fluttershy emerged from the Trainers room after a hellacious match from Gilda.
Fluttershy: A-Are you okay, Rainbow? Gilda hurt you pretty bad earlier...
Rainbow Dash didn't look at her, she kept her head down.
Rainbow Dash: No, I'm not ok. I was completely humiliated! I was embarrassed! I looked like a fucking fool! A weakingling! Some sorry chump!
She groaned, covering her face with her hands.
Fluttershy: Rainbow... I'm sorry. We should have expected this.
Rainbow Dash: And how are we supposed to feel any better?! Nobody came to help you when Gilda was out there pummeling you!
???: Actually, As a matter o'fact...
The two friends looked to see a familiar face to them... it was Applejack!
Applejack: Ah did.
Rainbow and Fluttershy were shocked.
Both: APPLEJACK!?!
They rushed to her in sheer joy as both of them hugged her.
Applejack: Hey ya'll... sorry ah'm late gettin' here. But it looks like ah was just in time tonight.
Fluttershy: We're so happy to see you, AJ!
Rainbow Dash: Yeah... it's about time you showed up.
Applejack: Hey now, ah said sorry, Rainbow. Anyways, looks like things've been tough for you two.
Fluttershy: Yes... I lost the Featherweight title to Trixie at Culture Shock, and then she and Gilda joined The Network. She retained a 5-Way Dance because of Gilda as well.
Rainbow Dash: Not only that, but we had an opportunity for one of us to get a title shot at Beach Blast, but Gilda bum rushed us. She beat us both, and now Trixies got Beach Blast off.
Fluttershy: What're we gonna do, Applejack...? We cant let The Network walk all over us like this...
Applejack: Well, those days are up. Trixie MAY have her lil' day off, but last ah checked... Gilda didn't quite get included in that deal.
Rainbow scoffed.
Rainbow Dash: What're you sayin'? You wanna challenge Gilda? All she's done is plow through me and Flutters since she came back!
Fluttershy: Um, Rainbow... I think that's exactly what she's saying. She wants to challenge Gilda.
Rainbow Dash: Oh... you're being serious. Well, how are ya gonna get her to face you?
Applejack: Trixie's got her Champion vs Champion match comin' up soon, right? No doubt Gilda's gonna be there to try and tip the scales in 'er favor. Ah already fired the first shot when ah saved Fluttershy... (Winks) and now, ahm gonna get their attention for sure.
Applejack then walked off.
Fluttershy: It's great to have Applejack with us....
Rainbow Dash: Yeah... but it would have been NICER had she maybe decided to make her move BEFORE I got my ass kicked...
Fluttershy: M-Maybe we should turn our focus off Trixie for now. I-I've been thinking Rainbow... I've had a great run with the Featherweight title, and it's okay if I don't have a shot anymore. But... there are still titles we could go after together.
Rainbow turned to Fluttershy, seeing her idea.
Rainbow: What? You wanna go after the Co-Op Titles?
Fluttershy: Y-Yes! If that's okay with you, I mean... we've never really teamed up before, but I'm sure we can fight our way together to the Kankers. Besides, you saw Scootaloo out there before... she needs to be inspired again.
Rainbow sighs at the thought, her eyes looking away from Fluttershy.
Rainbow Dash: Honestly... she isn't the only one.
