IV

The next day at school I was so tired that I could not listen to anything that my teachers were saying. I was tired from the night before, I hate working overtime, but it is necessary to keep the company afloat, but I think I will just keep those all-nighters for the weekend.

We went from class to class until lunch. I just got whatever looked good and carried on with my lunch. I decided to sit with Haruhi and the host club was there.

"Good afternoon Miss [L/N]," Kyoya said as I walked up.

"Good afternoon to you too...and you can just call me [Y/N], being called by my last name, by people around my age is weird to me." It's also very uncomfortable, you would think that I would get used to it since older people call me miss [L/N], all the time at my job, but nope.

I sit down with my tray next to Haruhi. Nothing happens except for some small talk about school, but nothing other than that.

"So where did you have to go yesterday? It seemed important."

"Yes, it was."

"Where did you go?"

"To my job,"

Everyone freaked out more than I thought they would. Some more than others.

"Is there a problem?"

"To be precise, you are not allowed to have a job," Kyoya tells me.

"It's not like I can quit."

"And why not?" Asked Kaoru.

I tensed up, "Well...I kinda...sorta...own...the company." I feel like I am digging my own grave.

They freaked out even more, except for Haruhi who was a bit interested. All of the boys were in a group circle talking, but I didn't pay attention.

"What kind of company?"

"Oh, it's just a small gaming company, nothing much," I told her.

"What's the company's name?"

The boys leave their circle.

"[L/N] Games, I am thinking about changing it though, but there is trademark legal stuff so I don't think I will change it anytime soon."

"I feel like I have heard about it before,"

"That's because it is one of the leading game companies in the world," Kyoya said. "[L/N], it is no little company, you are a worldwide company, much like Nintendo."

"Wow [Y/N], that's amazing." Kaoru patted me on the back.

"It's not that big of a deal, besides I just inherited it, I did not create the company or anything," I tell him.

"But it's still amazing," He mumbled.

It became quiet until the bell rang to let us know that lunch was over. After school, I decided to stick around the host club for a while. When I entered the club room it was a tropical paradise and from what I could tell Haruhi was not there yet. I was amazed at how fast they could transform the place, within a day. Unluckily for me, I got lost and I could not find any of the members. The place is a lot bigger than I originally thought it was.

There were many exotic plants, while the host club was busy taking care of their customs I was busy to find a landmark or something that seemed familiar. Much to my dismay that did not happen, so I just sat on the ground and waited.

I started to count the many plants, and suddenly an idea struck me. I took out a pen and paper and started to write it down.

I heard rustling in the leaves and hid, writing everything down in bullet points of what I am experiencing. Maybe this host club would be more useful to me than anything else.

Do I feel bad about using them? A little bit. But will this give me some good inspiration for my game? Hell yes.

"You can't just do that!"

"How was I supposed to know? It's not like there is a manual."

It was the twins, but I have no clue what they are talking about. I decided to slyly pop out from the bush I was hiding in. "Hey, guys, what are you talking about?" They jump up in surprise, but I don't blame them.

"Nothing to worry about," Hikaru told me, I looked over at Kaoru, his face said 'Don't ask me,'

"Why are you hiding in a bush?" Kaoru asked me.

"Oh, I was trying to get some new inspiration for an up coming game that I'm designing, but since you two walk over here I am talking to you."

"Would it be better if we left?"

"No, I was decideding to go back soon anyway," I told the twins as I stood up and brushed the leaves off me.

"You missed one," Kaoru moved closer to me and picked out a leaf that was stuck in my hair.

"Thanks, well, see you two later then." I left, and that was that.

I went to the host club later that day, as a way to kill time. I killed my time alright.

I saw a soon to be couple, and the watching the host club discussing how to get the soon to be couple, together.

"Men it is our DUTY of the elite ouran host club to make every girl happy." Tamaki proudly stated.

I giggled at this statement, he took it so seriously I just couldn't help it.

I also learned that the host club would be hosting a party in a week.

It's not going to be that bad, right?
