"I'm sorry, we tried our best to find the right medicine but for your case it's truely rare...but if you like, we could try-"
Before the doctor could say further,he got cut off.
"There's no need, you did what you could,I appreciate your hard work... besides, I already knew this would come so thank you.."
The younger twin smiled sadly to the doctor, hands clenching tight.
"Are you going to tell your brother about it?"
Asked the doctor.
"...no, it's better if he doesn't know. I don't want him to be sad...but one day, I'll tell him when I'm ready"
The younger twin said.
"Well then, if you excuse me I'll be taking my leave. I need to buy some stuff on my way back. Thank you for today"
The younger twin said as he stand up from the chair then walk towards the door.
"But please take the usual medicine we gave you,okay?..."
That was the last word the doctor said as the younger twin nodded before he exited the room.
After closing the door,the younger twin make his way out of the hospital.
Before he could reach the exit building,his phone rang. It was a call from his brother.
"Hello?"
"Hey,where are you?"
"I'm at the convenience shop buying some stuff for dinner later"
"Oh?then I'll pick you up since I'm nearby, call me when you're finished,okay?"
"...I will.."
The younger twin reply holding the tears that wanted to burst out.
"Hey...what's wrong?"
The older twin ask worriedly.
"It's nothing, well I'll hang up so call you later"
Then his brother said something before he could hang up.
"Tell me a lie"
The younger twin was silent for a moment. He wanted to tell his brother about it but couldn't bring it out of his mouth to tell him.
"I'm really not okay, brother. So you don't have to worry too much"
"......Alright, guess I'm worrying too much"
"Hehe,then I'll hang up,call you later~"
Said the younger twin as he hang up the phone.
After he hang up, he burst into tears that he had tried to hold back.
"S-sorry brother..b-but that w-wasn't a lie at a-all"
He said between sobbing. He couldn't accept the fact but there's nothing he could do about it.
He then wiped his tears and continue his way to the convenience store.
