The older twin is currently sitting on the bench waiting for the doctor to come out but it's been several hours after they went inside the emergency room.
Just then, the sound of the door from the emergency room open. Revealing the doctor.
"Doctor! How..how is my brother..?"
The older twin said gripping his left arm.
The doctor didn't respond but only show him a sad and pitiful look on his face. The older twin noticed the doctor's expression as his face turn pale.
"D-don't tell me...h-he didn't make..it..?"
Shuttered the older twin.
"I'm sorry but we did what we can...but your brother...didn't make it..."
Tears start falling down the older twin's cheek. He didn't heard it wrong, right? He thought.
"N-no no no no no. No! It can't be! You're lying!"
The doctor lowered his head.
"I'm deeply sorry for your lost....if you'll excuse me, I need to go back inside"
Said the doctor as he went back inside to manage his little brother's cropse.
"P-please...*sob*.... please...t-tell me..this is just a LIE r-right?... please... don't l-leave me...Don't leave me little brother!!...*sob*"
The older twin cried loudly as he collapsed on the cold floor.
"... it's must be a LIE *sob* it had to be!..i-if it is please...please...wake up!! Wake up!Boboiboy!!"
The older twin shouted his little brother's name to make him hear it and wake up. But he knew shouting his little brother's name won't bring him back.
The only family he had left after his parents passed away, gone. Nothing he could do but cried until there were no tears left.
