Knock! Knock! Knock

A small fist was more like banging than knocking on the door to Sheba's room

Falan: Tess, Sheba is tired. Let her rest a little more aru.

Wahid: I'm pretty sure she had already regained her strength.

Tess: But it's already breakfast mommy. She'll starve if she won't eat.

Tess barged in Sheba room and went to his sleeping aunt.

Falan: Tess...

Wahid: Leave him be. Sheba too needs to eat. Let your son drag Sheba to the dining

Falan and Wahid left

Tess: Sheba! Sheba! Wake up! Let's go eat!

Sheba yawned and then sat up only to meet those cute, cheerful orange eyes of the small child.

Sheba: Good morning Tess!

Sheba hugged Tess tightly. At that time, Solomon was passing by. He was about to walk pass them when Tess called out for him. "Uncle Solomon! Sheba's here already! Let's go all together!"

Tess pulled Sheba out of her room and ran straight to Solomon. He picked the little boy up and the three of them walked together to the dining hall.

Ugo: Wow, Solomon has always been late lately.

Wahid: I'm sure this time he has a different reason. A good reason to be precise

Setta: What do you mean?

Falan: Wahid has been like that lately aru. He says things that like, doesn't make sense aru.

Ugo: I knew Wahid had some screw loose in him.

Wahid: You'll see what I meant soon... Enough...

Wahid barely finished his statement then his gaze went to the entrance. What a sight! Everyone would now understand what he meant. It's really soon.

Everyone followed where Wahid was staring and all their eyes widened. What a sight! They look so cute!

Ugo: Oh... So that's what you meant

Setta: Now I get it

Ithnan: What's the big idea?

Falan: Solomon looks good with a child aru.

Wahid: Told ya so.

There they were. Solomon was carrying Tess in his hands with Sheba close beside him. They look like a real family.

"Mama! Papa!" Tess got down and ran to his parents. Solomon and Sheba followed and took their places. Which was beside each other.

Sheba kept her head down. It was the first time after a long time that she is here, face to face with her friends. She had mixed emotions. "Can they forgive me? Have they forgotten about me ignoring them in my visit from Kou? Do they hate me for causing the chaos between Kou and Alma Torran? Will they still accept me?

Sheba: Good morning... everyone...

Ugo: Good morning

Setta: Are you feeling better now?

Wahid: We looked for you the whole day yesterday.

Ithnan: You shouldn't have left.

Falan: We missed you aru

Sheba: ...

Sheba couldn't bring herself to speak. She thought they hated her and they were mad at her but no, those faces, their words, the tones in their voice, they were all genuinely concerned and happy she was there.

Falan stood up and hugged her friend. Sheba was so happy that she cried. Tears flowing from her eyes as she clung to Falan. She was so happy to finally be at peace with everyone.

Falan patted Sheba's head. "There, there" she tried her best to comfort Sheba who made her shirt a little wet because of tears.

"I-I missed you guys so much. I really longed for this day to come. I really wanted to come home and stay with all of you. Im sorry. I'm so sorry everyone. I was such a jerk. Im sorry..." Sheba couldn't stop crying.

Solomon stood up from his seat and placed his hand on Sheba's shoulder. She turned her head and looked at Solomon. "We know Sheba. We know". Sheba looked at everyone else and they nodded and smiled at her. She was so happy that she cried once more.

Sheba turned to Solomon and hugged him. Solomon wasn't expecting that but that was not the problem. Until now, he still doesn't know how to exactly comfort someone aside from his words of wisdom.

Falan: Awwwe. I missed being new to love aru

Wahid: I'm here you know.

Falan: I missed it but that doesn't mean I not in love aru. I'm just not new to it anymore aru.

Tess: Mama, will auntie Sheba and uncle Solomon get married? Just like you and papa?

Upon hearing what Tess said, Sheba pulled away from Solomon. Her face was starting to burn up. She was turning red. Solomon looked at her and just laughed at the sight.

Solomon: Sheba...

Sheba: Y-yeah?

Solomon: You still look like a tomato

Sheba's blushing face was instantly replaced with annoyance. She took a plate and threw it at Solomon but thankfully, he catched it.

She sat down and just ate non-stop.

Everyone went back to work. Wahid set out a patrol to watch over each place. Ugo stayed at his lab to work on his research. Falan still led the fixing of the palace. Setta tend to the still-recovering soldiers. Ithnan helped those who were not yet able to rebuild their houses or some buildings.

A month passed and finally, everything was back to the way it was. Not just the kingdom of Alma Torran but Solomon was able to clarify things with his allies. Peace was achieved though, Kou was a different topic.

Hakutoku, along with his two sons are currently conquering their neighboring kingdom and they are succeeding. Solomon was on full alert on what Kou was up to. But now, it's time to relax.

The kingdom of Alma Torran held a feast to celebrate the renewal of their kingdom and their victory in obtaining peace and successfully regaining the trust of their allies.

Everyone was having the night of their lives. Sheba was catching up with Momo when she realized something. "Where's Solomon?"

"I haven't seen the king too". Momo said as he left to ask the others if they've seen Solomon.

Sheba left and looked for him at the palace and at last, she saw him in the balcony where the whole center of the kingdom can be seen.

Sheba: Solomon? What are you doing here?

Solomon: Just observing the feast that's going on

Sheba: You don't seem happy.

Solomon: I was just thinking

Sheba: Thinking about?

Solomon: Arba...

Sheba's heart was crushed upon hearing his statement. He really loved her didn't he? He might be heart broken right now. Had he been thinking of her this whole month? Sheba's thoughts were going wild and her heart was falling apart.

"You loved her didn't you?" Sheba asked with a soft voice and a hint of pain.

Solomon looked at her and his eyes were filled with sadness. He looked down and nodded. "I do".

At that moment, Sheba's world came crumbling down. It was like she was stabbed a million times in the heart. She quickly looked away as tears started to form in her eyes. He does love her. He said it himself.
