Chapter 9

After everything that happened Lee Rin, Soo Yun and the boys were settled down and they talked a little more about what was now going to happen in the future.

"You know I think that before my mother died she knew that I was going to meet you guys. So that's why she left that painting to me and she left me you as well. Hey can I ask you one more question?" She stated. Soo Yun nodded her head.

"How did you know that I was in trouble when Jae tried to hurt me?" She asked. The boys watched and listened to the conversation intently. It was like they were watching a show and all they needed to complete the mood was popcorn and drinks.

"That necklace is what protects you from harm" Soo Yun replied. Lee Rin's eyebrows furrowed.

"I don't understand"

"Look this is going to be a long explanation. But just listen to me without asking any questions. The necklace protects you because your mother created it that way-"

"What do you mean created it that way?" Lee Rin asked. Soo Yun let out a breath.

"Lee Rin I just said don't ask any questions" Lee Rin gulped. "Yeah yeah sorry continue"

"Your mother created me and that necklace at the same time. You were wearing the necklace the time Jae tried ot hurt you. A few moments before the events that took place you felt your chest hurt right?" Soo Yun asked her. She nodded in reply. Now that she thought about it a few minutes before the incident took place her chest did hurt.

"You feel pain when your scared or in trouble. So the necklace starts to glow depending on the situation and not alert other people it glows according to different brightness. When you were trapped that night you were very scared. But there were people around you so the necklace glowed with only a little brightness. You were to distracted to see it. I sensed your worry and told your mother about it she was scared and instantly told me to get you. When I got there I was thankful that I got there in time and saved you then took you back to your mother. She was angry that someone had touched her child. You may not believe it but she did." Soo Yun said. Lee Rin was starting to understand bit by bit about how messed up her life was.

"But I've had you since I was 8 why didn't you show yourself before the night of the incident?" She asked confused.

"As I said Lee Rin you were really scared that night that the necklace and your mother her self told me that something must have happened to you. Because even if you can't see her, hear her or love her the way every child would to a mother. She is in here with you all the time" She said pointing to her heart.

A smile found it's way onto Lee Rin's face. She really seemed to latch onto the hope that was in Soo Yun's word about her mother.

"Wait can I ask a question. How and why did my mother make you?"

"I don't know how but she made me because my mother could not have any children so she asked my mother id she would take me even if I risked my life for you. Your mother was very thoughtful towards my mother."

"I take back my words. Now, this is a perfect family reunion" Said Yoongi.

"Yoongi you're commentary is not needed." Lee Rin said laughing.

"I am needed by people" Yoongi replied back. Lee Rin's eyes narrowed. She slowly got up from the sofa and Yoongi realized he made a mistake. He moved backward while she moved forward.

"No! No! save me!" He screamed running away and Lee Rin chasing him around her house. 

Everybody started laughing while they watched Yoongi struggle.

"You betrayers I will get you for this!" He said while running away from Soo Yun. Even though he would never admit it he was having fun.

"Hey, you want to know a secret?" Soo Yun said.

"And what would that secret be?" Lee Rin replied eyeing Soo Yun wearyingly.

"I can teleport." She said. There was a pin drop silence that was broken by Lee Rin coughing. Lee Rin grabbed some water and jugged it down. Her head turned towards the boys and simultaneously they all shrugged and waved there hands away. They gave Lee Rin a look that said 'If we knew anything else about her we would have told you but we don't so why don't we all live happily ever after'.

"And why do I find that hard to believe?" She said suspiciously.

"You don't believe me. How do you think I reached you that quickly that night?" She stated like Lee Rin was suppose to know that.

"It's common things for people that come from Magic Land." She said. Now very slowly Lee Rin's eyes turned back towards the boys.

"I swear I don't know what she is talking about. We can't teleport but she can it's b-because we are different" Jin said frantically. Like his life was in Lee Rin's hands and technically it was.

"You don't believe me? wait here" She told Lee Rin as she disappeared right in front of her eyes and appeared back where she sat with Lee Rin's lipstick in her hand.

As if sensing what was going to happen Soo Yun stepped right behind Lee Rin and caught her right before she passed out. She looked at the boys and asked.

"Does she do this a lot?"

"Her mental stability seems to be all over the place" Taehyung replied frankly.

After Lee Rin woke up after the dramatic shock of Soo Yun being able to teleport. She thought that today she would only take Soo Yun to her office to show her around the new world. So that meant that she was leaving the boys alone.

"Okay so let me clear this for you. Do. Not. In. Any. Circumstances. Do. Anything. Stupid" They nodded their head rapidly.

"Okay, so we are going to go now?" She said leaving the house with Soo Yun and closing the door and locking it.

When the door closed the boys turned to each other. There was silence.

"Who want's to party?"

Lee Rin and Soo Yun walked into the building and Lee Rin introduced Soo Yun as her distant cousin who came from far away to visit her.

"Lee Rin you look so happy here?" Soo Yun asked.

"It's only temporary from time to time I feel like a loner and everybody comes to tell me that it's okay to let out your emotions."

"Okay I don't need to know too much." She said raising her hands away.

"Yeah well my life is fine but-" She suddenly clutched her chest groaning.

"Lee Rin are you okay?" Soo Yun asked rushing over to her and holding her straight. Lee Rin was bent over her chair but when Soo Yun pushed her back up onto her chair she saw the necklace glowing and this time it glowed a bright and blinding orange color. Lee Rin was still groaning and clutching her chest.

"Something's wrong?" She said.
