Chapter 4

"What happened to your hand?" Samantha says worriedly grabbing my plastered bloody hand.

"Long story but let's just say me and my roommate did not have a great bonding moment this morning," I say sitting down on the sofa. We were in the study and lounge area.

"I told you not to avoid him." She huffs. She really has a strong dislike for Alex. "Just tell me what he did"

"Okay, so I was upset because my favourite character died and you know my favourite show? Yeah finished. He screamed at me like a manic and I kinda lowkey brokedown. Yup. Embarrassing. Anyway, he kinda got scared and ran away and then I woke up with a mug saying sorry with sweets. I know crazy. So I was like maybe he is not that bad. Then I asked him about it this morning and he smashed it on the floor" I say breathing slightly to calm myself.

"Wow, that's wow," she says loss for words. "He smashed the cup just because you asked about it?"

"Umm... well technically. I did imply we were a sadist and he loved me and that we should fuck" I laugh nervously.

Samantha whacked my head.

"Why would you do that?! You know how boys get when you treat them the way they treat girls"

"He cornered me. I had to use my gay powers to scar him but it just turned him into hulk again." I shiver remembering the library drama.

"Okay, you guys need to stay far away from each other, before someone ends up dead. And I mean you" she says shaking her head.

"But he's coming to us to party tomorrow" I remembered. Max had ordered the costumes they arrived last night so we can't even uninvite him.

"You are the one who invited him! Just try to stay out of his way and don't be annoying"

"I'm never annoying"

"Whoever said that two deserve an Oscar"

I pulled out my middle finger to her and she giggled and pulled out some books from her handbag. I looked at her in shock.

"I thought we just hanging out. I did not come to school to learn" I say grabbing the books from her hands.

"Then what did you come for?" she says as stretching her arms to grab her books back.

"Boys and parties"

"Well I came for education so if you would not mind giving me back my book." she finally grabs it out of my hand and I moan in defeat.

I see Max walking towards us with a very attractive guy and my devilish roommate,  What is this 3 hot guys walking towards me in slow motion. I could not help but fix my hair and Sammy just rolled her eyes and focused her eyes back on her books. Well more for me then.

They finally reached us and Max jumped in between us on the sofa while his new hot friend sat on the armrest close to me. He was tall with soft brown skin and bright green eyes and a smile to die for. He smiled at me with the whitest teeth I have ever seen and I swear I was going to melt to the floor.

I heard a loud cough out of nowhere and my attention landed on Alex. His face was still cold and supper hard to read but he looked...annoyed?

"Oh,do guys wanna move to where there is more space?" Max says standing up also feeling the tight atmosphere.

"I'm fine here but you guys are free to move" her eyes glued to her page.

"I don't want to be anywhere with him anyway," Alex says sharply.

"Come on bro we talked about this" Max pleases.

"Am I missing something?" his friend says looking at us confused. Aw, he is so cute.
