Rishab was super excited for his wedding that morning. The first ritual was supposed to be Haldi ceremony where mixture of turmeric, rosewater, sandwood and mustard oil  is put on both bride and groom. Rishab came out of his room in a yellow Kurta designed specifically for this ritual. Sachin arrived wearing a yellow Kurta himself as the theme for the day was yellow. Elbowing Rishab he said,"Hey! Dulha bahut excited lag raha hai? Shahid hone ke liye ready hai?" Rishab shaking his head and replied,",What yaar! Tu dost hai ya dushman. Shahid really?" Sachin started to laugh saying,"Dost hun isiliye samjha raha hun..you still have time to change your mind. Bachelor life is much better.." Rishab looked at him and getting serious he said,"Actually you are right bro. Bachelor life is indeed great! Tera jo haal hai, mujhe apni wasi nahi bana ni hai. Let's get out of this place before anyone comes." He held the wrist of Sachin and started walking towards the gate. Sachin stopped him saying,"Arey! Where are you going?" Rishab looking at him said,"No you are right bhai. I am really nervous. I can't really marry now. I need to get out now." Sachin rubbing his temple said,"Bhai main mazak kar raha tha. You are getting married in few hours to none other than Khushi. Your Khushi. C'mon man. Pagal ho gaya hai kya?" Rishab holding his stomach started to laugh. He then said,"Mazak sirf tu kar sakta hai? I can too make good joke out of you. I am ready to sacrifice my everything to be with Khushi forever. Then why should I back off from getting married now? I am dying to make her my wife.Samjha.."

The open courtyard had been decorated with flowers for the ritual. Rishab came with Sachin and soon everyone started joining them. Karan came and hugged Rishab tightly squeezing his ribs so tightly that he forgot to breathe for few seconds. He pulled his cheeks saying,"Jamai raja how are you feeling? Nervous?" Rishab rubbed his cheek and smiling meekly said,"No, why should I be?" Karan patting on his back says,"Good! Brave boy!! I am toh very happy. My sister is getting married. And I am supper excited to get you as my Jija!!" He again hugged him and left to look for some other things. Rishab rubbing his shoulder, took a sigh of relief.

Khushi came out wearing a yellow lehnga and jewellery made out of flowers. She looked like a flowers herself. Rishab could not take his eyes off her, as they smiled at each other. The ritual started and Sachin's mother put haldi on Rishab's face and then everybody started putting the mixture on him. He said,"Arey I 'll look yellow after this. My wedding pictures will get destroyed. Bas aur nahi." Arti said,"Rishi. This is called ubtan, sort of face pack. It will make you look good after this." "Acha! Then it's all right. Put it everywhere. Should I remove my kurta?", said Rishab with a big grin on his face. Dadi said,"Pagal hai yeh ladka. Bas kar.." Everyone started laughing. The haldi was then put on Khushi. Friends and cousins of Khushi and Rishab started to dance. They started putting the turmeric mixture on each other like playing with holi colours. Rishab in the middle of everything, took Khushi's hand and touched it on his cheek. And at the same kid, his cousin's son who had caught them kissing on the Chuni ritual, started screaming, "Mummy, Papa dekho chachu phir se chumachatti kar rahein hai chachi ke saath."
Rishab shocked screamed,"What the F**k man! This kid talks too much! I..didn't do anything..pagal hai bhai yeh.."
Dadi-"Rishu language! There are kids here.."
Rishab-"Okay okay sorry! But I didn't do anything." Everyone started making fun of him.
One aunt-"Rishi haye can't you keep away from your fiancee for a second? Everyone is here. All elders are here.."
Rishab-"But I didn't do anything."
Another aunt-"Khushi tere dulha toh latu hai tere pe, tujhe ek minute bhi nahi chodta!! After marriage what will be your condition?"
Rishab-"Arey!But I didn't do anything."
One cousin-"Rishi seriously you need to kiss her infront of all. You are gone case man."
Another cousin-"He is madly in love but bhai can't you wait, sab ke samne hi kissy?"
Sachin- "Bhai sabar kar le...you will ultimately get lone time with her after you get married."
Rishab could not take it anymore, he stood up. Holding Khushi's hand he said," Arey aap log bhi ajeeb ho? I have not kissed her and still you are making fun of me. Fine. Yes I am madly in love with her, abb kya karun main mar jaun? She will be my wife in few hours, I have every right to kiss her.." Saying so , he pulled Khushi close and gave her a peck on her cheeks. He starts to sing,"Khulam khula pyar kareinge hum dono...iss duniya se nahi dareinge hum dono.." "Khush? Aur comment karini hai? Nahi? ho gaya? Now continue dance. MUSIC please..", screamed Rishab and sat down.
