Do I smell jealousy?

Marcellus POV

"The doctor said you need to take it easy for a while." I said trying to make Skylar stay in bed.

"I was in a coma, I think that was enough rest." She said trying to push me out of the way.

"Skylar, I can get whatever you need plus I'll take you wherever." I said picking her up.

"I can walk!" Skylar said complaining. "Stop babying me." She said.

"I'm just trying to take care of you." I said as we get to the kitchen.

She rolled her eyes.

"You are unbelievable." She said and I smiled at her while putting her in a seat, she looked up at me and I couldn't help myself so I kissed her.

"Marcellus." She said pushing me away.

"What!?" I said.

"Someone might see." She said.

"What? Are you ashamed of me?" I asked.

"Of course not, but I'm not sure how I feel about you yet." I laughed at that.

"You like me kissing you and you like being around me. What more do you need to know." She rolled her eyes.

"A lot! You know I'm a complicated person. I just don't work that easily." She said.

"I know and I'm willing to give you all the time in the world, but don't me upset when I kiss you from time to time to help you make up that mind" She smiled.

"Deal! But behind closed doors." I smiled.

"Deal." After she finished eating I carried her back upstairs.

"Oh I forgot some guy called and said he was going to come visit you." I said ask put her down on the bed.

"Who?" She asked.

"I forgot his name"

"Great job." I laughed.

"Go get me some juice please." She said, I rolled my eyes and left the room.

I walked downstairs and I was walking past the front door when someone knocked on it.

I backed up and walked towards the door.

I opened it and it was Skylar's friend.

"Hey, I totally forgot your name." I said to the guy.

"Derek." I let him in.

"No fucking way." I turned to see Evalina.

"Evalina wow, it's been forever." Derek said going to hug Evalina.

"How are you here?" She asked him

"I've been hearing about you two princess from everyone, I heard Skylar was hurt so I came." Derek said.

"She's going to be so happy to see you." Evalina said.

"Well she upstairs, I'm getting her some juice."

"You mine if I go up and surprise her?"

"No, go ahead." Derek walked up the stairs.

"This is not good." Evalina said.

"What, why?" I asked.

"Derek is like Skylar's kryptonite, He travels a lot but he always comes back to see her and her feeling always come back, so watch out for her." Evalina pat me on the back and left.
