Phase 1

Marcellus P.O.V.

I think all the times I thought I was tired doesn't really compare to this. Staying up all night was something I did when I was 5. I'm way past that at this point and I never thought I was old before but I think I feel old now. I was resting my body against the wall because I just didn't even have the energy to breathe at this point. My head snapped to the right when I heard the door being opened.

"You seriously stayed up all night?" Evalina said poking her head out of the door.

"Sure did." I said with a slow nod of my head.

"Couldn't be me." Yeah cause who the fuck is going to kidnap me? "When are you going to sleep?"

"Whenever your parents deem you safe."

"You poor thing. Luckily I got my beauty sleep." She said with a flip of her hair.

"I don't see it." I said with a laugh which made her jaw drop.

"Aren't you supposed to be nice?"

"Who said that? My job is to make sure you don't die. You seem to be alive to me."

"Dick." She said with an eye roll

"Awe, I love you too pumpkin." I said with a cheesy smile. She stuck up the middle finger and went into her room and closed the door. I chuckled to myself and leaned back onto the wall.

"Marcellus?" Serenity said sweetly as she walked up to me.

"Good morning Serenity." I said

"Tired huh?" She said with chuckle

"I don't even think tired is the word." I said

"Well, consider your time appreciated. You can go to bed but we will be going over to the Dark Kingdom later on today so get your rest. I nodded my head and walked over to my room and jumped into bed and immediately closed my eyes and went straight to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of soft knocks on the door. I rubbed my eyes and hopped out of bed and opened the door.

"I'm sorry to wake you Marcellus but we're getting ready to leave. You should start getting ready." Serenity said. I nodded my head and closed the door when she walked away.

Hopping in the shower I was hoping it woke me up more than I currently was. I do feel a lot more energized than I did before but I definitely didn't sleep as much as I need to.

Stepping out the shower I walked into my room and got dressed and walked out of the room.

What a night.

Walking over to the guest room Evalina is staying at, I softly knocked on the door.

"Come in." I heard her say before I walked in. "Are you here to yell at me?" She said once she looked up at me.

"I think you've been yelled at enough. Can I sit?" She nodded her head and I took a seat at the edge of her bed. "So you know what you are and who you are?"

"Sure do. Always have."

"Why didn't you tell us?"

"It was a part of the plan."

"Did you fake all your emotions too?"

"No, I genuinely do like you guys. I do feel welcomed and loved by all of you guys. I didn't lie about that."
