It's has been 2 months since she joined Roommate and her heart leaped the moment she saw him as one of the casts. She's a fan. Their debut song was so good that she checked them out, and he caught her eyes.
Now that they're interacting as friends, her feelings for him have gone deeper, now she likes him more than a friend. And it worries her, the more she kept the feelings inside the more it grows. And it hasn't been long since she debuted so she consulted her Kara unnies about it.
"Hae!" it was what they said in unison, without blinking an eye and it repeats in her head just like an echo. She tried to reason to them but they told her to just unleash it so she can move on. And she hopes she can move on. Big time!
Youngji sprang straight from her bed when she heard someone came home. It has been bothering her that despite her busy schedule and exhaustion she lay on her bed wide awake while she listens to her snoring unnie Lee Guk Joo.
She put on her slippers and swiftly went outside without a sound. As she was trailing down the stairs she saw him and felt her heart raced.
"It's you" she said which made him look up at her. "Your schedules just wrapped up?" she continued now she's in front of him
"Oh Youngji! Why are you still up?" Jackson asked while he tapped her shoulder
"Can't sleep" she answered briefly "You want to eat? I'll prepare something." she said as she went to the kitchen
"Yes, I'm starving! I'm craving for ramyeon" he called out in a hush tone afraid to bother everyone that were asleep at the moment "I'll come back after I change"
"Ok!" she replied and started to gather what she need.
In front of the gas stove she was staring at the water, waiting for it to boil and murmured "Should I do it?" she opened the ramyeon package when she saw the water boil and dunked the noodles for it to soften and then its seasoning, she then sighed "Malhae or not?
"Hae" Jackson said from behind which made her jump
Her hand flew to her chest in surprise "Y-yah! Don't sneak on me like that!" she exclaimed
He chuckled "Sorry" he said and his arm flew to her shoulders naturally "It's not done yet?" as he stared at the now boiling ramyeon. He looked at her and said "What are you going to say?"
Stoned, she gulped and felt butterflies in her stomach "Should I?" she thought still undecided. She felt a pang when the weight on her shoulder was gone as Jackson put out the fire and lifts the pot to the table.
In a daze she followed and sat beside him
"Yah, where's the chopsticks?" Jackson whined and elbowed her.
"Uh, oh I'm sorry, I'll get it" she said and hurriedly went to get the utensils when she heard him say
"What's with you?" he asked a little worried. "Any problem?" he continued as she gave him what he needed.
"Hey, is there something wrong?" he inquired again.
"Ani" she replied as she sat back next to him "Let's eat" she said and they started digging.
After they eat
"Ahhhh, I'm stuffed" Jackson said, his hands stroking his stomach. He watched as Youngji roamed her eyes to look at the cameras that are running 24/7. "What is she thinking?" he asked himself as he followed her gaze
