Poetry is something that comes out from the heart.
It is a feeling that not many can express through words.
It comes out from experiences.
Poetry can be written in different ways,
Ways that may include rhyming scheme,
Ways like Free verse, Blank verse, Haiku, Sonnet,
And Limerick, tanka, sestina and cinquain.
It is something different,
Something you write from your perspective,
Something you have to desire to write.
It comes out of the mind,
Without a lie,
Making a connection with words to find.
It spins around words,
Not many can understand,
But has the power of great swords.
Is rhyming important?
Not at all.
Rhyming is just a part of poetry,
It doesn't complete the fall.
It is completely fine,
To write something you desire,
To express what you feel,
To write from your own perspective.
