Part 25

Third person POV

Sameera and izza came back to the dining room after  their little tour of the house.
Everyone from the Singhania family was sitting on the table and were waiting for Izza and Sameera.

Arjun's mother (Pooja Singhania) looked at Sameera and asked them to take their seats.
Sameera was just about to take the seat next to Arjun  but somebody came from the back and took the chair.
Sameera saw that it was none other than Asmara her husband's ex lover or mistress,  maybe she was on the phone earlier in the car. Even her mother in law is smitten by Asmara because she wants her son to get married to her.
Sameera was hurt badly but she just gave her a smile and sat on the chair next to her.
Pooja Singhania got so excited to see Asmara .
"I am so glad you came Asmara." Pooja said
"Offcourse Aunty i had to come." Asmara said while giving a look to Sameera who was sitting across the table.
Arjun was just trying to ignore everything that was happening in front of him.
Asmara is Arjun's aunt's niece. His aunt's name is Aish. She also wanted asmara to get married to Arjun.
Aish was also not happy with this marriage of Arjun.

Arjun was so done with Asmara as he already told her to stay away from him but she doesn't understand anything. Also his mother keeps insisting him to be with her because her mother is totally smitten by her.

Everyone had their lunch and started leaving the dining room. Sameera was helping the maids to carry the dishes back to the kitchen and she was followed by Asmara.
"What do u think u r doing?" Asmara said to Sameera
Sameera: i guess i am just helping
But she was cut in the middle of the sentence

Asmara: shutup don't ever think that you will be able to make a space for yourself in this house. I was supposed to be in your place today. You used your cunning tactis to enter Arjun's life. He would never like a girl like you.
Get that in that head of yours.
Sameera: Asmara o understand your situation but trust me I didn't do anything intentionally.

Asmara: cut the crap woman, just keep this in ur mind that Arjun was mine and will always be mine. You can't have him. This marriage of yours won't last longer.
Asmara left fuming from the kitchen
Sameera tried to wipe the tears from her eyes but suddenly Pooja Singhania came in.
Pooja: listen Sameera i know under what circumstances my son married u. Plz don't keep your hopes high,
Because he will divorce you after on year.
I will treat u like my daughter in law in front of people as long as you behave. I don't want any reckless behaviour from you.
Don't spoil our family name.
Sameera: aunty i know my position here very well, don't worry I won't mess anything.
Pooja: Good, go back to your room. We have a reception party in the evening.
After saying that pooja left Sameera all alone in the kitchen.
Sameera never felt this alone in her life.
Sameera went to her room and Arjun was already in their room. Sameera entered the room and looked at him. Arjun looked at her.
Sameera i wanted...Arjun was about to say something but he was interrupted by Sameera
Sameera: Not now Arjun. Can we please argue later because i am not in the mood.
Arjun opened his mouth to say something but left Sameera in the room without saying anything.

"It is killing me from inside to see her like that, but this is for her own good. But everything that i say to hurt her hurts me twice." Arjun thought to himself after leaving his room

Sameera was so shattered after she came to know the reality of her marriage.
Sameera heard that Arjun used her to inherit his grand father's property and that he would have to get married before his next birthday which is in a month.

Sameera's POV

Why did he betrayed me, why they don't like me. Why do i have to go thru all this. This marriage is a faux. But i will have to bear it for my family and the contract will end in one year.
Sameera you can do this for a year.
