How to kill a Scotsman
Chapter One
Kevin.
My love, My life, My everything.
Well that was until yesterday.
"I love you" Those three words that made my heart swell every time he whispered them close to my ear. I couldn't help but drown into his deep blue eyes every time he was close. His voice made me weak at the knee's, every time our skin made contact electrical currents shot through my body. It was only Kevin that could inflict those things within me.
"Tuesday's, oh how I hate Tuesday's" moaned Leah, my best friend, brushing her long dirty blond hair from her face. She was almost dragging her feet across the floor, scuffing her expensive converse. Her timetable for Tuesday wasn't pleasant, she had about all the worst lesson's imaginable rolled into one day.

"Yeah but the good thing is, you get to see Jake" I teased, a smile forming on my face. She always got so embarrassed when I even mentioned the letter J, never mind his full name. She laughed nervously and shoved my shoulder. "Very funny" she said a blush creeping to her cheeks. Leah had had a crush on Jake since year 7, every time he approached us she would always turn beet red and hide behind me. It was almost painful to watch them together, why couldn't he see that she was head over heel's from him ? The bell rang then, catching me off guard and momentarily pausing my thoughts, I turned to Leah and gave her a hug calling out a goodbye as I made my way to form. Our school was massive, with a classroom at nearly every corner. I sighed as I walked down the hallway, weaving in and out of the clusters of students also making there way to form. The whole fifteen minutes of form, I sat texting Kevin and Leah, longing for lunch to come around so I could see them both. The bell rang again Signalling for us to make our way to classes, they all seemed to blur together. I didn't really pay attention to what the teachers said, all my thoughts were focused on Kevin, and how I couldn't wait to see him
Lunch finally came after what seemed like an eternity of classes and I was already over loaded with homework. As I walked down the long corridor I was thinking about how lucky I was to have great friends like Leah, school would be unbearable without them. I reached the hall and spotted Leah instantly. She saw me at the same time and screamed my name.
"Rhianna !" She shouted and wafted her hands, motioning for me to come sit by her.
I walked over to her table and sat opposite her and we immediately started talking about homework, teachers and boys, that are so out of our league. We had to stop with the boy chatting though as Kevin came and sat next to me and wrapped his arm round my shoulder, pecking my lips. I smiled at him, it had only been a couple of hours since we had been apart, but every time we weren't together my heart ached for him, we had been together 3 month's now, and I could honestly say I thought I was beginning to fall for him. His friends slid into the seats beside us, talking animatedly to one another. I noticed Jake slide into the one next to Leah, I could just see a tinge of red hinting at her cheeks.
"Why me" Leah wailed, pretending to cry and holding her head in her hands.
"What's up with you pretty girl?" Jake Asked nudging her and laughing.
"Well" She began, looking him up and down "I am sitting next to you, I mean that would make any girl want to cry" she laughed and nudged him back. I laughed along with them as did the rest of the group.
