So since it didn't take me long to finish my breakfast, I started getting ready for me and Finn's date as soon as I was done. The first thing I did was shower because I definitely needed it. Once I got out, I dried my body, then I blow dried my hair. Once I'm done, I do my skincare routine and I put on a little bit of makeup. I put on some concealer, mascara, blush, tinted sunscreen and some lip gloss. I decide to leave my hair down but I braided a few strands on the side just to spice it up.

Once I'm done, I get dressed and text Finn.
me: i'm done getting ready, lmk when
your done so we can get going :)
finnie: I'm putting my shoes on, meet me at the car ok?
me: ok <3
finnie: <3
I go ahead and start walking up to the car and Finn meets me outside. He greets me and we both get in the car.
Finn: "ready for our date?" He says kind of awkwardly.
Me: "yep"
Finn: "alright lets go"
He starts the car and starts to drive to our mystery date location. We both start making conversation and Finn continuously makes me laugh with his jokes. I love that it's so easy for me to talk to him no matter the circumstances. I feel like I've never had that with anyone except Finn.
We both get out of the car, and head into the ice cream place. I mean, I'm not trying to be picky but come on Finn. A cheap little ice cream shop? Not that it's not cute or anything, but I kind of thought he would take me to a nice restaurant or something I'm not gonna lie. I mean i'll take it, but definitely had higher expectations.
Finn: "What do you want?"
Me: "I want Birthday Cake"
Finn: "Can we get two birthday cake please?" he says to the lady behind the counter
