Lily Potter nee Evans was often described as sweet and accepting, but also incredibly fierce. And looking down at her precious baby boy, watching as Dumb-door ripped her child from his godparents and placed him with her horrid sister Petunia, well, she was pissed. Her anger only grew as Petunia slapped him around, making him do all of the chores. He was treated as badly as a Malfoy House-Elf!

James had a steely anger, slow to eat up but long smoldering. Lily, his Lilyflower was a fricking firecracker. Even dead, she was terrifying. When Albus showed up, he was going to get transfigured into a damn flobber worm, then sent to the fields of punishment. She already wrangled that promise from Hades. And honestly, James wasn't surprised. His Lily was amazing. Next on her shit list were Peter Pettigrew and the Dursleys. She was going to enjoy torturing them.

What James wasn't aware of until they were engaged, was that Greek gods were real. Being a daughter of Hecate, Lily would know. During summer break, starting at the age of 12, Lily attended Camp Halfblood.

As scary as Lily was with a wand, she was also terrifying with dual daggers. James was so proud. She stopped going when she was 15, after the so-called battle of the Labyrinth. Her parents deemed her good enough to drop out, with everyone else leaving, nobody really noticed. Except her friend Katie and Miranda Gardener, daughters of Demeter Every so often, they'd iris message. So when the two died, as heros and firm believers in Greek Mythology, they ended up in Elysium.

So when the two were checking up on Remus, they saw him talking to a girl, well, James listened in. The conversation that followed was strange. Each point she made highlighting the suspicions, James pumped his fist. "Yes!" he shouted. "See Padfoot's innocence. Bust my brother out!" Slowly he attracted attention. A Roman walked up. Nobody cared in Elysium.

"What's Praetor Reyna doing there? Why isn't she in New Rome?"

"She did say her name was Reyna. How do you know her?" Lily asked.

"She is a Praetor, a living legend. She is fair and powerful. Rumour has it that she studied under the sorceress Circe before ending up on a pirate ship. She's a good person."

They watched as she pulled up an Iris Message and saw the young Harry being neglected. They watched her get pissed, and make an impulsive decision. According to the Roman, that was a first. Lily watched them sprint away from Privet Drive.

She sat in a meditative position. "With my soul, I transfer the Blood Magic Protections, gift from my mother. Hail Hecate, Goddess of Crossroads, the Myst, and Witchcraft. Hail goddess of life, death, regeneration, and magic. Hear my prayer, transfer the protection of my son, your legacy. Bring justice against Albus Dumbledore and Tom Riddle. Aid me to serve one of fates chosen, a subject of a prophecy. Give aid to Reyna Avil Ramirez-Arellano as she approaches this crossroads. Hear me Triple Goddess and heed my prayer."

She unfolded herself and smiled cheekily at her husband. He glanced at her. "Do you think your mom will help him?"

"She will. It's an extension to what she promised the first time we actually met, while researching ways to protect our son."

Hecate appeared. "Daughter, I hear your prayers. I will aid Reyna so long as she aids your son, my legacy." Hecate dropped a kiss to her brow, then dissolved to visit a certain Ex- Praetor.

Lily Potter nee Evans watched sadly, yet satisfied. She wished she could be there walking her precious son through life, but at least now, Reyna would be the one raising her child. Her baby will no longer be abused, he will grow up training, so that he will never be used, or manipulated, he will stand on his own two feet.
