Kuroo x Y/n fic

Chapter 8

But that call was the last time you spoke with Kuroo. He completely ghosted you that week. But it was almost time for him to come home, so you didn't mind it. Kenma and the team were excited as well cause you told them too. The week went by, and Kuroo never came. 

You got worried again and tried calling/texting him. No answer. Another week went by, no Kuroo. This time you got seriously worried and called his parents. They finally picked up, "What?" "Hello Mr. Mrs. Tetsuro. I just wanted to see if Kuroo was there." you said. 

They took a moment, "Sweetie, he's not here. And don't call us again. My son broke up with you so leave him alone!" Kuroo's mom said. Your body froze, "B-broke up? We never broke up." "Yes you did. He came home two months ago and told us. Then he said he needed time alone, and left." his mom replied. 

Your heart was racing. You had no idea what was going on. "Um, do you know where he is? He hasn't been responding to me for two weeks and i'm worried." you said. You talked it out with their parents and explained everything. His mom almost fainted on Facetime and his dad seemed pissed. 

But they were just as worried as you. Kuroo was missing. No one filed a missing person report. It seemed like he was just ignoring everyone. He completely ghosted everyone out of his life from what ya'll knew. 

It's been another week. Every night you'd go to sleep wondering what happened to Kuroo. Or what's happening with him. You'd have constant nightmares and bad day dreams. Kenma came over almost everyday cause you were scared to be alone. Your worries we're getting the better of you and started to affect Kenma too. 

One day while he was over he spoke up, "What if something's happened?" You look at him, "What?" "What if Kuroo's in trouble? It's weird for him to ghost you like this. He can ghost me, his family, everyone, but how come you?" he replies. 

You start to sob and he quietly thinks. Your worries really had you scared for Kuroo. But you knew he was strong and in a place, so all you could do was hope. So now its been about a month since you've last spoken to Kuroo. You miss him so much. Hearing his voice, reading a text from him, anything. You've started sleeping in his room recently, it was comforting. 

Now you had to get up and go to class. So you did. During class you receive a phone call. You pick up and a man said, "Is this y/n l/n?" "Yes it's me." you reply. "I think it's best we talk in person. Come to the local police station ma'am." he says. Your confused but agree. 

After school you go to the station. It seemed busy like something was going on. "Hello? Im y/n l/n. I received a call earlier." you told the front desk lady. She looked you up on their computer and looked at you in the eyes. She seemed to be upset and led you to an officer. 

"Ok kid sit down. There's no easy way to say this but, Kuroo Tetsuro is your boyfriend if i'm correct?" he asks you. You nod your head and reply, "Yes, for about two years now." Just thinking about Kuroo had you blushing and smiling. The man seemed really sad by your expression. 

"Im sorry but, we found him this morning...he's passed away." the officer said to you. 

You froze.
