Question:
Dragons?I'm assuming you mean dragon fullbodies?
I use canvas size 360 X 480, since that's the Scratch screen size and I have a Scratch account. The app I use is called IbisPaint X.
1. Create two circles in red, one bigger than the other.
2. Draw two ovals (circles work too) below, one next to the other with a gap between them. These are the muscular thingies for the legs. You may have to move stuff around a lot to get it right.
3. Draw lines from the leg-thingies like this:
If you can't already tell, the back one is the tail, the two vertical ones are legs and the other one is a wing.
4. Now you need a new layer.
5. Draw the snout and top of the head in blue. The head follows the two circles, with a small dip in the middle. At the end, it should overshoot a little.
