Waving Through A Window

A/N: a little note, you can go ahead and check out my HP x Haikyuu story. Hinata is a Slytherin and there's Drarry, Pansemione, and Blair on but not yet. On with the chapter. Oh yeah this chapter will be short sorry.

Deku POV
I was being smack talked by Kaachan like usual and for some odd reason I started to think back to those horrible memories in middle school, I mean I already forgave him but this triggers a song in my head IDK why.

It's from Dear Evan Hansen the musical, the song is called Waving Through A Window and I was thinking of making it my routine and now I might make that happen, I texted Laila the song and she went out shopping, oh yeah a bit of sad news: Laila is only gonna be my coach from now on, she won't be competing anymore because she would rather be my coach and designer for ice skating but if I ever need a partner she will be my partner.

I just realize that with DEH I would look like a total dad with the striped shirt, I cringed at the thought and just try to deal with and do it for my musical loving heart/soul. For the remainder of class that day I hummed the melody of the song.

I went back to my dorm and I suddenly got a weird trigger to take a sorting quiz on Pottermore since it has been a while since I'm on pottermore so I have to retake the quiz, I retake the quiz and I swear I'm used to be a Gryffindor and now I'm a Ravenclaw, I'm not mad at it I'm actually kinda glad to be a Ravenclaw. Great, now I really want to go to Harry Potter world in Orlando.

In my meantime I sharpen the blades on my ice skates and cleans them, my homework is already done and I'm bored, of only Yurio is in town I would go to the mall with him but unfortunately he's back in Russia right now so.

I guess I'll just go to practice now, I get ready for practice and head to the ice rink and told Laila about the routine and she choreograph the moves for me.

A few weeks later

It's competition day, thank god it's weekend so I don't have school. I wake up early to go on run and then I shower and have breakfast I then went to change into my costume and put on my jacket on.

I went out the door getting some good luck's from my friends and I went straight to the ice rink, Laila is there already bringing me a cup of Caramel Frappe from Starbucks and I waited for my name and do some warm ups.

"Up next skating to Waving Through A Window, is Izuku Midoriya"

I took off my jacket and went to the center of the rink.

(( I love this guy so much, he's my favorite skater aside from Yuzuru Hanyu))

After the routine, I waited for the ranks as I warm up from the tempature of the ice rink.

"And the first place winner is....Izuku Midoriya"

My eyes lit up as I skated to the judges to collect my medal and flowers, I stood in the center with the other two winners and proudly showing my medal as I hold the bouquet of roses in my other hand.

After a while I went off rink and Laila gave me a hug, Victor and Yuuri gave me big 'ol bear hugs and they took me out to dinner.
