3rd person pov:

Noboru has now encountered members of the Akatsuki and has met 3 of them individually and has introduced himself to them. He then thanks them afterward for saving his life.

1st person pov:

After we all settled down and introduced ourselves, I was feeling a little more comfortable with them around me especially Konan-senpai due to the fact that she was the most open out of the 2 and that she seemed like she would not slay me if I asked a question. I then hesitated at first but asked "So... Is the Akatsuki like an alliance or something?"
"We are an organization that is directed by our leader Pain," she said looking at me straightforward.
Confused I asked "Pain?"
She then replied and said "You will see when you get there"
"I see" I responded as she finished speaking.
Afterward, I wanted to ask where about the headquarters was located, I thought that if I knew where. it would be better and less of a burden on them, I went to Itachi this time and not Konan because I did not want to annoy her, I asked Itachi "So where are the headquarters located"
"I don't know anything about a headquarters" Itachi answered back with hardly any facial expression.
Kisame-san spoke and said " No one knows where the headquarters actually is but we do have a small place where we link and give feedback about our latest mission, that's all I can say"
"Oh, I see" I reply to Kisame-san with a grateful manner
Konan-senpai then tells us that it's time we leave this forest because the Akatsuki is now being summoned to their hideout
We get ready to leave and as we do we encounter shinobi from the hidden sound village
There was about 13 of them and when we saw them surrounding us, Kisame-san stated that he'll take care of them for us
Konan-senpai said "Okay but don't be late"
"I won't. I wish I could have more fun with them but I can't do anything about it I guess" said Kisame-san with his sword resting on his shoulder smiling.
Konan-senpai then said "Okay let's move"
We started to run when I heard screams of pain behind me and as I looked back I saw Kisame-san running towards us with his sword,
I was in shock to see that Kisame-san finished 12 special corps shinobi of the hidden sound in seconds before they could even attack him. I was amazed to see that but also thinking about how devastating he would be at full strength.

A few hours later

We reach the hideout and it looked like a cave-like place I assumed. It was on the side of a river and had what looked like a seal covering this massive rock. Konan-senpai does hand signs and releases the seal and the rock now lifted up. We walk inside and I am now hesitant about being in here at this moment. Up ahead I see 7 people wearing the same cloaks as these 3 and that's when I thought that this was probably where they are going to give feedback about their last mission. All of them were very powerful especially the one with the orange hair. He also had a dojutsu I have not seen before but I could tell he was one of the strongest except I couldn't really tell which one was stronger between him and Itachi. Konan-senpai then said "We have tracked down the 5 tails and we will be capturing its jinchuriki in 3 days in the hidden stone village" afterward she then added along "I would like to speak to you alone after this is done, I have brought a boy along with me"
"We have no time for taking care of children or anyone who will not spread pain to humanity, Konan," said the man with the orange hair who seemed very serious.
I then swallowed my fear and said with a loud tone "Please, I beg you. I have nowhere to go. If it wasn't for this woman I would have been dead so..so, please!! I'll do any kind of mission to repay my depth for as long as you want!
I will spread the pain that I know! I will help this organization but please give me a chance to prove myself!
I am only 8 so I don't know much about this world, but what I do know is that I just want freedom and peace and I will do anything to bring peace to the world!!"
The man with the orange hair replied and said "I am Pain. You must know pain to know peace because those who do not know what is true pain will never know what is true peace. Pain is what grows people. Pain is what teaches this planet how to live and if all humans knew the same pain then everyone will live the same way in life and that will result in peace. We fight for true justice and everyone in the Akatsuki has their own goal in life. So I give you a mission to capture the 5 tail bijuu along with Konan in 3 days and if you fail I will kill you, run away and I will kill you, disagree and I will kill you, question and I will kill you until you show me what you are capable of, you have not even the right to speak to me."
I am intimidated by those words but hold back my emotion of fear and say "I will do as you ask"
Konan-senpai worried says "Wait for yo-"
"So be it then. We don't have space for weaklings in the Akatsuki" Pain stated as he left the place.
I was confused and paranoid, I kept on wondering how I was supposed to defeat a bijuu which I don't even know much about. Let alone go against a jinchuriki which I assume that they have a connection or something like that I suppose.
I know that I am not prepared to even fight anyone because I often don't like to fight but I can't escape this because I'll literally die. I know for a fact that I will have to expose my Sharingan since I have no choice and I'll have to take the risk of using it but I must train at least to increase some of my ability and strength without using it
