3rd person pov:

Kisame has now acknowledged Noburu for his hard work and they are now waiting for Itachi while Noburu gets some rest.

A few hours later

Itachi now arrives to meet Kisame. As Itachi was coming he sees Noburu laying down resting and Kisame sitting by the river throwing stones. Kisame hears Itachi and looked at Itachi while he was coming. When Itachi came he asked Kisame "Kisame, what is the boy doing here?"
"Well let's just say that we underestimated him. I can tell myself that keeping him alive and training him will cause the shinobi world to go crazy but we have to do what we have to do" Said Kisame with a scared tone. Itachi replies calmly and says "So he completed it I see." Kisame replied to Itachi with a slight smile and said "Anyways let's get on with this because we don't want to waste any time, do we?"

1st person pov:

I woke up and I saw Itachi with Kisame. I went to them and scram "Itachi! Kisame-san"
Kisame-san then looked back at me and said "Noburu"
As I went there Itachi looked at me and then said "So you did the training I see. From now on both Kisame and I will teach you. He will be responsible for strength, endurance, stamina, and some jutsu of the hidden mist. While I will be responsible for everything else. I will also be explaining information sometimes so keep a lookout for that."
I was so satisfied to hear that and I felt that I was dreaming at that moment in time.
Itachi then says "We will start tomorrow. I will teach you chakra control. Your chakra is definitely above average but if you don't know good chakra control it's useless. So rest well because if you pass one thing we will move on to the next until I teach you everything so you will reach your limit."
Excited I tell Itachi that I will see him tomorrow as I head off to get rest. I wake up the day after as I had a very long rest and head to Itachi-sensei and Kisame-san. I now call him sensei as I feel it is just appropriate to address your main teacher as your sensei. I saw them waiting for me where I train near the forest and I felt glad that they were there waiting for me. When I made it there, Kisame-san looked at me and said "It's about time you came. We have been here for about an hour ago. We start at five remember that Noburu."
I instantly felt really bad for making them wait for me and apologized for being inconvenient and a burden. Itachi looked annoyed and said "It's fine but next time we'll leave if you not here with us. Anyways today it's chakra control so here's what you should be able to do by the end of this" Itachi then walked a tree using only his barefoot which never surprise me but I was surprised at how well he did it. He then started to explain to me how chakra control works. I said to myself afterward that if it's training to increase my control over chakra my sharingan is not necessary.
He then told me that by the end I should be able to walk to the top and down 20 times at least. I then attempted to walk but I only made it about 5 meters and I fell and hurt my head. I constantly tried and tried but every time I went I fell. It was harder than I expected but I had no choice. In about 4 hours I made it to the top of the tree but I had to do that 20 times on a tree that was at least 30 meters long. I was glad that I got the hang of it but that was not enough so I tried it again. In about an hour Itachi-sensei came to me and said "Don't worry if you can't do it by today. Chakra control is the most time taking whether you learn fast or not but you have until tomorrow." I replied and said, "No, I must do this and I won't get rest without doing it otherwise how will I ever improve from where I am now?" Itachi then looked at me and asked me "How is it that you have the Uchiha bloodline but your chakra is different from the rest?" I kept quiet for a second and then replied and said "I can't answer that just yet." I then smiled at Itachi and said that I should get on with my training. I then try and try for hours and hours and when I finished it was already dark. I was able to walk up and down the tree 30 times and was satisfied with my result.

The day after

I made it to my training spot in time and waited for about a minute until I saw Kisame-san and Itachi-sensei. Itachi-sensei then looked at me and said "Today will be the hardest challenge for you since we have started training Noburu. By the end, you should be able to do this" Itachi-sensei then walks on water and said that I should be able to this for at least 18 hours. This is the first time I am giving you something that even most shinobi can't do. Skilled shinobi can stand a maximum of 9 hours and few can go longer. I am giving you this task because I feel that you can go far with chakra control." Immediately I said that it will be done. I then asked Kisame-san how long could he stand on the water to which he replied and said, "with using chakra only I could last 13 hours I assume."
"I see" I replied in a thankful way to Kisame-san. Itachi-sensei then said "You should be able to get the basics right since you were pushed yesterday as well. Good luck" When they left I found it surprisingly easy to stand and walk on water and did 8 hours before I fell. I did it again and this time I made it for 11 hours which I could feel that I was making some progress. I decided to get some rest since it was midnight and chakra control drains you a lot. I woke up at 4 am and started to train again. This time here I made it for 16 hours. I had enough chakra to carry on so I carried on and this time I made it for 19 hours until I passed out in the end. I woke up 3 days later and I saw Kisame-san and Itachi-sensei sitting in silence. I went to them and said, "Good morning Itachi-sensei and Kisame-san." They replied and said the same to me and Itachi-sensei asked if I had completed the training which I responded and said yes. When Itachi-sensei and Kisame San heard that they looked at me with a surprised expression. I then asked what was wrong in which Itachi-sensei said "unless you had the same amount of chakra as a bijuu it is almost impossible to be able to do what you have done. Your chakra is above average but your chakra control is unmatched right now by probably any shinobi. You have grown a lot."
I then reply and say "Thank you-"
"But you still have a lot to grow so there is no time for taking it easy" afterward I ask Itachi-sensei what we are going to do next and then he says to me "I will teach you a jutsu. Shadow clone jutsu."
Confused I ask "Shadow clone jutsu?"
"This jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. This is the jutsu which I will be teaching you" says Itachi-sensei.
Excited I say to Itachi-sensei that I am excited to learn it and that I am ready. I was then told by Kisame-san that I first need to get some more rest and that there is a lot of time left so I don't have to push myself all the time which I take into thought. I agreed with him and said farewell to Itachi-sensei and Kisame-san.

3rd person pov:

Noburu is now learning one of his first actual jutsu which is the shadow clone jutsu and is moving very fast to improve
