~Nishinoya POV~

"Shoyo..?"

We stared at each other for a couple of seconds before immediately going in for a hug.

"N-Nishinoya is that really you?!" He practically shouted. There were so many thoughts going through my head and I had so many questions, I honestly thought I was about to start crying.

"What are you doing here??" I asked finally peeling away from the hug.

"I'm heading off to college! What about you?" He asked with a huge grin on his face.

"No way, me too!!" I replied, still gripping onto his shoulders.

We talked all the way until the train got here, and apparently we're going to the same college! I really hope we wind up being roommates.

Where we were heading was about 10 hours away from where I lived. So this was going to be a long trip. But also really fun now that I know one of my old best friends will be with me!

"Hey, have you talked to any of the old teammates lately?" Hinata asked, looking up from his phone.

"Oh yeah! Tsukki, Suga, Ennoshita and I are basically brothers!" I answered looking over to him.

"No way. You mean, the salty tall jerk?!" He shouted with a surprised expression.

"Yep, but honestly he's really cool now! I think you guys would be great friends now." I said chuckling a bit.

"Pshhh yeah right." He replied, relaxing his head back.

"Well anyways, what about you? Do you still talk to any of the team??" I asked, pretty curious.

"Oh yeah, Kageyama and I are best friends! And I also talk to Yamaguchi and Kiyoko a lot." Hinata replied glancing back over to me.

"Woahh you mean the Kiyoko I used to obsess over?!" I said pretty surprised.

"Yep! That Kiyoko. She's really nice, and a genuinely great person." Shoyo stated.

It was honestly really nice to be able to talk to Hinata. I hadn't talked to anyone on the team, except for my four best friends, for a few years now.

Now that I think about it, the last time I talked to Tanaka was high school graduation! That's crazy. Maybe I should try texting some of the team.. hopefully they still have the same numbers.

I was deep into my thoughts until I felt a sudden force onto my shoulder. I flinched and immediately looked over to see a sleeping Shoyo.

oh.. he fell asleep

I didn't want to wake him up so I just let him rest on my shoulder. I was honestly getting tired myself so I lay my head down right onto Hinata's and start

~Hinata POV~

I slowly peeled my eyes open, the sun shining right into them. My arms stretched out, as I yawned. My left arm then accidentally hit something while it was falling back down.

I look over and see Nishinoya eating some toast.

"S-sorry" I quietly said, grinning. He smiled back indicating that it was no biggie. I reached over to grab my phone and saw about 15 emails.

what the hell?

I opened the first one and started reading, realizing it was telling us who our roommates were. I didn't feel like reading all of the unnecessary information so I just scrolled all the way down to see who my roommate was.

Shoyo Hinata & Yuu Nishinoya

I practically screamed when I saw that, making the whole train go silent. I glanced over to Noya who was looking up to me with the type of eyes that say 'dude, you good?'

"uh.. oops" I quietly murmured while rubbing the back of my neck

"Why did you scream??" He said, taking the last bite of his toast. I shoved the phone screen in his face, and before I knew it I saw the biggest grin on his face ever.

We started talking about how we were going to decorate it, rules & boundaries, all stuff like that.

"These are going to be the best years of our lives!!" I shouted, pounding my fist up in the air.

"Hell yeah!" Noya practically shouted back, giving me a high five. I was super excited now. College is gonna be amazing!

"Hey dipshits how 'bout you keep it down."
