Day 7
They were now stuck in the middle of a deserted road. Heck, they didn't even go this way on the way to the beach, so why were they going back home this way? Seungcheol said it was because he wanted to take a more scenic route but honestly, Aera didn't buy his excuse, especially now that they were stuck in the middle of a deserted road.
"Hey, this is just like my story!" Dino said all too happily.
"Can it, otter-looking headass!" Jeonghan insulted him. "Now is not the time to scare us. We need to get help-" Dino looked at him creepily. "-And not from creepy dudes in a car!"
"So, what are we doing?" Wonwoo asked. "Because we can't just stay here doing nothing."
"Logically, we need to split up, preferably about 4 people at least in each group." Vernon explained, leaning on the van.
"Ok, let's do it this way," Josh started, "I think Jun, Minghao, Minho and Jisung, since you're familiar with each other and we don't need either of your PDA, you should head backwards. We passed a gas station, so can you guys go get a can or two of fuel? Here's €50 for it, no buying any food." He handed Jun some notes and shooed them away. Josh then took out his phone for Google Maps and smiled.
"Dino, Vernon, Jihoon, Mingyu and maybe Cheol, head about a mile forward. There's a motel there - no Dino, stop looking at me like that - and you should ask if you could have some bottles of water and maybe some snacks. I only have my card left and I trust none of you with it."
"Oh, I have some." Aera got out a note from her bag and handed it to Mingyu. "Here." And they left.
"OK, that leaves me, Wonwoo, Jeonghan and Aera to stay with the car so it doesn't get stolen."
Wow, Josh, he just had to group me and Wonwoo together so we could fix our 'awkwardness'. Ew.

"So, we're definitely getting some snacks, right?" Jun asked as they entered the station.
"Oh, definitely! Josh isn't the boss of us; you are." Minho answered as he grabbed a bunch of crisps.
"Exactly. Well, none of you are the boss of me, so I'm a free man." Jisung shrugged as he grabbed one fuel can. "Wait, this is only 10 euros for 15 litres so let's get another."
"That's pretty cheap." Minghao said as he picked another can up.
Jun frowned. Why was his baby trying to carry it? He was gonna hurt himself and then they couldn't have fun, so he decided to pick it up for him.
"Why?" Minghao whispered.
"You'll hurt yourself, just pick some snacks up for us." His husband kissed his cheek and followed Jisung to the counter to pay.
"So," Minho asked on the way back to the car, "ever wondered what happens if you leave a can of fuel in the middle of the desert?"
"We already know what happens: someone ends up stealing it and blowing it up because it overheats." Innocent Minghao answered.
"OK, but like seriously, I would like to know." Minho brought out an extra can from behind his back. "So, I bought this and now we can leave it here."
"Babe, why?" Jisung asked.
"Why not?" Minho grinned.
"Fair enough."
Oh, so now they were gonna be the bad guys from Dino's story? Nice, Jun thought.
