Tyler's POV:
Being near Brendon is making me uncomfortable, maybe I should tell Gerard? Or Ray? Nah I don't want to bug them. I went back to picking at my pizza while everyone else kept talking. I didn't realize someone sat by me until I heard Ray whispering in my ear, "Are you okay?"

I basically jumped 7 inches in the air because how much that scared me, I looked at him wide eyed, "Oh crap, did I scare you? I'm so sorry." "No no no, it's okay, I didn't expect it that's all." I say quickly. He sighs, "Oh good, I would have been so sad if I did scare you, anyway, you didn't answer my question." What did he ask me again? Oh yeah, I just shrug because honestly, I don't know how I feel right now.

"That's not answering the question." Ray looked me dead in the eye, "I... I honestly don't know" I answered in a quiet voice. "What's wrong? Do you want to go into the hallway and talk about it?" I nod my head and put my plate on the coffee table, Ray leads the way to the door but before we leave Gerard and Frank step in front of our way, "And where are you two going?" Gerard asks, "And why are you leaving? Right before we are about to play." Frank adds in.

"We are just going in the hallway to talk real quick, we won't be gone long. We will be back before the game starts, okay?" Ray answers for us, "You can do that after the game." Frank says sassily, Ray and Frank get into an argument about this while Gerard just stares at me and realizes how uncomfortable I am by the party because I'm looking in every direction and probably look like I'm sinking in on myself, "Frank." Gerard says sternly, Frank looks at him, "What?" He said in a snobby voice.

"Stop arguing with Ray, let them go talk in the hallway, and we will start the game when they get back." The taller of the two says, "But Gerard." Frank whines, "No buts, let them go." Frank scoffs, "Fine." Frank moves out of our way and Ray grabs my hand and drags me out the door. I blush hard at the fact Ray hasn't let go of my hand, I shouldn't be acting like this. I haven't known him very long.

"So what's bothering you?" Ray asks while leaning against the wall, he finally let go of my hand so I grabbed it and put it against my chest. "Uh, being near Brenden without him bullying me is a new thing for me and I'm scared he is gonna start bullying me again." I look down, ashamed of myself, Ray suddenly moves right in front of me, "Hey... you have nothing to worry about, he is too drunk to even recognize anyone. I heard him call Frank, Patrick. He also dropped bullying when both Ryan and Mikey asked him to." He rubbed my arm, I think in a way to calm me down but all it has is having me blush like a mad man.

I grab his hand, the one on my arm, "Thanks for reassuring me." Ray smiles, "Of course." As I start walking back to the door, Ray stops me, "This is probably gonna be a weird question but, were you the kid in the empty classroom that was crying when I walked in? And then yelled at me when I tried helping you?"

Oh shit.... I was really hoping he would forget about that, I feel so terrible for yelling at him. I look down, "Yeah... I'm sorry for yelling at you, Bob cornered me right after lunch started so I didn't have the chance to find Gerard or Josh before he started bullying me. He called me some pretty terrible stuff so after he pushed me into the lockers and went to lunch with the rest of his friends, I found that empty classroom and just broke down. Then you walked in and I took my anger out on you. I'm so so so sorry I yelled at you and just ran out, I felt terrible about it... I still do."

Ray hugs me, "Hey, it's okay, I totally get it. I would honestly yell at me if I was in your shoes." I hug him back, "Thanks for understanding." The taller boy looks down at me and smiles, "It really is no problem, now let's get back in there before Frank and Gerard drag us back in." I snort, "I can see them doing that." I open the door and both Gerard and Frank fall flat on their faces. Ray and I laugh so hard that we are rolling on the floor. "I." Wheeze "Should." More laughter "Have." Another wheeze "Known." A snort. I can barely breathe while talking, oh my god this is so funny.
