summary of events

-tom wakes up
-turns out the potion worked and tord is actually alive!
-they get married
-They adopted 2 kids aster and sirius
-Yay! Happy ending!

here's what actually happens

tom bolted up, "tord?"

he can't believe it. his potion actually worked! On second thought, maybe those potions and stuff weren't nonsense after all.

he looked up and tord and...
he's upset. hell, angry even.

tord yells at him for the dumb things he's done.

"how could you! dealing in witchcraft? who knows what could've happened?!"
"and your friend!"

tom tries to apologize but tord isn't having any of it.

"but...but I brought you back..".
tord looks at tom, "what?"

"the..the potion. It actually worked...you're here!"

tord sighs.
"no. It...it didn't."
"but-"

"You're asleep, Tom. I'm just visiting you in your dreams"

"Oh.." tom looks down sadly.

tord tells tom to accept the fact that he's gone and move on, appreciate the things he has before they're gone as well.

tom hugs tord. he sobs on tords shoulder saying he doesn't want to forget him.

tord puts a hand on his check

"you don't have to."

"i guess we'll meet again soon"
"not too soon, I hope," Tord smiles.

tom wakes up (for real this time-), tears streaming down his face.

he gets up and walks back home to edd and Matt.

edd opens the door.

"..hey, Edd"

"Edd, Who is it?," Matt yells.
Matt comes over to see who it is.

"oh.."

tom apologises. the two of them were hesitant because of the events that unfolded that afternoon, but they accepted his apology

Matt apologises for ripping the picture and gives tom the picture which has been taped back together.

tom sighed "it's just a dumb photo anyways"

"but wasn't that photo important to you?"

"I mean,yeah, but so are you guys"

So...
This was probably not the ending y'all expected-

I'm pretty sure y'all thought Tord was somehow brought back through some supernatural forces or whatever.

But, I've always wanted to give the story a somewhat realistic ending.

Let's just say I was.. dealing with some stuff while writing the early drafts. And I wanted to write a sequel that I could, I guess relate to? Idk-

I'm just spouting out nonsense at this point lol.

Anyways, hope y'all weren't all that disappointed with the ending- ✌️😔
