That's all I had of him...
And the second I would think that the details had returned to my mind, ready to scream out eureka on the top of my lungs, they would leave me like last night's dreaming. Leaving me confused and still very much unsure of the identity of the person.

Kurapika had a habit of piling up burdens upon his shoulders.
One after another, he would grab ahold of them and not let go until whatever he had set out to do has been done, never once requesting help. As the man would sooner waste himself away to ash than to let go of these weights, seeing them fitting pairs of shackles around his heel.

It was a question that had consumed his mind for the longest time, burning, scorching at his consciousness as the days went by. He hadn't done anything for you, not even a burial.
But in the times that you were alive? You had done everything for him, given everything you had to him. Your time, your patience, your smile, your life.
