CHAPTER 19

See I adhere to my promise I gave you an update as soon as the target is completed and that too such a long chapter.

Manik barged in ISRO  office  with all his might and aura .

He was greeted by Nandini's assistant who was there sitting outside Nandini cabin

Nandini assistant who was clearly smitten seeing her favourite rockstar in front of her controlled  and  composed herself for professionalism

Nandini Assistant : good afternoon sir

Manik : good afternoon . May I please know the time Miss Nandini will be free

Nandini Assistant : sir mam will be free in another 30 minutes . Do you want me to go and tell her about your arrival

Manik understanding the gravity of the situation and the seriousness of Nandini towards the project politely denied the assistant and after that to  the much delight of the assistant he himself offered for a selfie as she was looking at him like a fan girl and after signing about 5 autographs for her friends he excused himself and went inside Nandini cabin

He entered the cabin and found the biryani package there .

He removed his coat and untucked his shirt folding his cuffs and then brought out the biryani and called a peon and asked him to reheat the biryani and then he himself ordered a quick delivery for a Nutella waffles

The waffles was delivered in about 15 minutes and peon also gave the reheated biryani to Manik who by now was impatiently waiting for Nandini to arrive

About 5 minutes later Nandini arrived inside her cabin with woobly steps as if she has used even the tiniest bit of her energy.

Manik immediately stood up and picked her up

Nandini : manik when did you came ?

Manik : look at yourself. What have you done to yourself barfii . Aisa karta hai kya koi ..

Nandini : Manik I am fine

Manik : don't even try to say that you are fine. How dare you keep my baby hungry for so long.  You know how much I want to shout on you but you make me week on my knees with this innocent pout of yours

Nandini : tumne kuch khaya ?

Manik : ofcourse because I thought you will also eat . I am feeling so guilty ..

Nandini : guilty ?? Ye kya baat hui Manik . You had food and what is there to be guilty about

Manik gently put Nandini on a couch and bought the tray with biryani and waffles infront of Nandini who was constantly ranting like a kid " Manik this is not fair please barfii is sorry na monster "

Manik pulled Nandini towards himself and kept the plate between them and forwarded a bite of biryani infront of Nandini

Nandini : no no noooooo I will not eat till you forgive me . Barfii is sorry na

Manik : barfii khana kha lo . Don't raise my anger quotient.

Nandini : please

Nandini said making the most innocent face

Manik : kya karu main ?? Tell me . Do you have any idea that it is 4:30 and you have not eaten anything since morning breakfast which was at 8:00

Nandini : sorry

Manik : acha ok barfii . I am not angry but please eat something .

With this Manik forwarded a bite and Nandini had it and Manik feeded her with the whole plate of biryani while Nandini was enjoying her waffles while Manik feeded her the biryani making sure she has a lot of veggies and patato for energy
