Chapter 6: Ninjago and Ouroboros

It was in the middle of the day and Timothy and Lucy were already on their way to Ninjago. "Isn't this exciting Timothy?" Lucy asked while looking at Timothy with a smile on her face. Timothy looked at Lucy slightly smiling back at her, "I guess." Timothy replied feeling down. Lucy saw he was feeling down so she went to him and gave him a hug, "Don't worry Timothy, I'll be fine." Lucy said while breaking the hug. Timothy looked at Lucy, "Oh I know, but how will I know what my brother, Samuel looks like?" Timothy asked still feeling down.

Lucy gave him a smile, "I think only you can figure that out." Lucy replied while placing her hands on his cheeks. "How can you be so sure?" Timothy asked with a sad look on his face. "Because I'm not giving up on you Timothy, and I never will." Lucy replied as she kissed Timothy in the lips. Timothy felt better, knowing that Lucy was never going to give up on him. They broke the kiss and Timothy looked at Lucy with a smile, "Thanks Lucy." Timothy said. Lucy replied by giving him another hug for reassurance.

There loneliness was short lived when they heard a twig snap. Timothy and Lucy instantly broke the hug and got into defensive positions, "Who's out there?" Timothy asked while looking around, but nothing could be seen except sand. "SHOW YOURSELF!" Lucy shouted, again there was nothing. "Let's just continue." Timothy suggested. As soon as Timothy said that, four snakes, with legs, popped out of the ground. These snakes' scales were a mix of black, grey, and orange. Timothy and Lucy jumped back in shock, "CONSTRICTAI SNAKES!" Lucy shouted. Timothy was about to pull out his sword, but two of the snakes pulled out their blow guns and blew darts at both Timothy and Lucy, which caused them to get knocked out.

Timothy only saw glimpses of where the snakes were taking him and Lucy, until he woke up in a middle of a room filled with snakes and tied up to a pole. These snakes were kind of different from each other, some of them were green scaled, blue scaled with white swirls and red eyes, red and white scaled, and black and orange scaled. Timothy tried struggling to get free, but as soon he started, he realized Lucy was no where to be found, not even behind him. "LUCY!" Timothy shouted.

As Timothy shouted Lucy's name, another snake entered the room. This snake was different from the others, he had purple scales and a long neck. Timothy glared the purple snake, "Who are you? Where am I? And where is Lucy?" Timothy asked while still glaring at the purple snake. The purple snake gave a chuckle while looking at Timothy, "I am Pythor P. Chumsworth, but my friends call me Pythor." Pythor replied, "As for you, you are in the greatest city in all of Ninjago, the Lost City of Ouroboros!" Pythor explained, "And, as for your girlfriend," Pythor said, which caused Timothy to glare at him more, "I'm afraid that's none of your concern, Timothy!" Pythor said, revealing Timothy's name.

Timothy's angry expression turned into a shock expression, "How do you know my name?" Timothy asked in shock. Pythor just chuckled while looking at Timothy, "Word has spread that you survived a stab through the heart by the scorpion, Lord Marmoo." Pythor explained. Timothy's shock expression turned back into an angry expression, "Let me and Lucy go, or else you'll regret it." Timothy said in an angry tone. Pythor just laughed at Timothy's insult, "Oh you don't understand, the winners are the only ones who leave." Pythor said. Timothy was confused, "Winners?" Timothy said. "The City of Ouroboros is a city with an arena, and we've turned this arena into, 'The Arena of Heroes!'" Pythor explained, "Only the winners are aloud to leave." Pythor continued. He looked behind him to look at the snake soldiers, "Take him to the Champion cells, but take his girlfriend into the Victim Cells." Pythor ordered, which the soldiers did.

The snake soldiers put Timothy into a cell, with a window which showed the arena. Timothy was also not alone, there were three other cells that had someone in it. In the cell to his left, there was a blonde haired man with green eyes wearing a green ninja suit. In the cell, in front of the ninja, was what looked like a purple horse with a horn and wings and dark-purple mane and tail, it also had a weird symbol on it's behind. In the cell, in front of him, was a purple scaled dragon with orange horns, underbelly, and tail. Timothy looked at the window, because Pythor was announcing, "Tonight at sunset, I bring you a champion who survived a stab through the heart, as he faces Ouroboros' champion, the Black Serpent!" Pythor announced.

Timothy did a small gasp then he heard the ninja talking, "Whoever he is, he doesn't stand a chance." the ninja said. Timothy looked at him for a second, "Why is that?" Timothy asked. the ninja raised his head to look at him, "You mean you don't know about the Black Serpent?!" the ninja asked surprised, which caused the two other prisoners to look at Timothy. "No I don't." Timothy replied. The ninja looked at Timothy, "Okay, but before we tell about the Black Knight, introductions first." the ninja said while he looked at Timothy while sitting down with his legs crossed.

Timothy was hesitant at first, but decided to spill anyway, "My name is Timothy, I'm from Chima." Timothy explained. The ninja gave a small smile and sat up, "I'm Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja." Lloyd said introducing himself. Timothy looked at the horse who spoke, "I'm Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship." Twilight said introducing herself. Timothy then looked at the dragon who spoke, "And I'm Spyro, the dragon." Spyro said introducing himself. Timothy smiled at all of them, "It's nice to meet all of you, but what and who is the Black Serpent?" Timothy asked while looking at the other prisoners. Lloyd, Twilight, and Spyro all looked at each other then back at Timothy as they explained what and who he was.

Next time on The Golden Guardian 2: Timothy has found himself in an arena that causes heroes to fight each other. Timothy is separated from Lucy in the arena and doesn't know where she is. Timothy is attempting to escape this arena with the help of Lucy and his new friends, but he needs to face the Black Serpent. What and who is the Black Serpent? Will the Black Serpent help Timothy and his friends? After they escape, will they encounter another villain from another land? Find out in the next installment of The Golden Guardian 2.
