Louis' P.O.V.
A few days after me and y/n got engaged, we decided to go out with some of our friends to celebrate. Malina and Dylan were also a couple, but, they had yet to announce they were getting married.
"This is amazing! I'm so happy for you guys!" Malina smiled as she took a sip of drink. "Thank you Malina, it really means a lot," I smiled. Ever since the engagement, I saw that Y/n kept glancing down at her ring and smiled at it. I could tell that she loved it.
"So, I know this is all very sudden, but where do you imagine your wedding being held at?" Dylan asked. I had always wanted to have my wedding back in the United Kingdom, where my family was, but then again, it cost Y/n's family a great deal of money to fly out to the wedding.
"I was thinking, maybe we could have the wedding here in the US, so all of Y/n's family can see us say I do," I answered looking back at my fiancée. She was no longer looking down at the ring, she was looking out the window, and I saw that her eyes had grown wide as saucers.
"What's wrong my love?" I asked gently nudging her arm. "There's someone outside I think they might be watching us," she answered pointing out to someone across the street from the café.
I looked out and sure enough, there was someone staring at us, it was slender figure, wearing a black hoodie, black leggings and black shoes. But, I thought nothing of it, thinking that maybe they were waiting for someone else.
"Darling, I'm sure they are waiting for someone else, maybe they have an Uber they are waiting for, you never know," I said. Y/n looked over at me and started to smile slightly taking her gaze away from the window.
I looked back for a second, but I saw that the person was gone. Was I just imagining things? I looked back at Malina and Dylan and they looked a little worried. "Are you okay?" Malina asked.
I was a little scared, but I nodded my head, and I lightly grabbed Y/n's hand. "Can we talk about this another time? I should probably get Y/n home," I asked. Looking at the small look of horror of her face.
"Yeah, that's fine, we should probably get going anyway, we have company coming over," Dylan answered. We paid the bill, and Y/n and I got in the car and we headed back to the house.
When we passed the first red light, I saw the figure that was watching us outside the café again. I saw something in it's hand, and it looked like a small pocketknife.
My heart started to beat rapidly, and I silently begging for the traffic light to turn green. Then finally, the light turned green. And I quickly sped away from the figure and when we reached the house, I immediately locked the door and made sure every window in the living room was locked.
