I went back to the og dress because to be honest I really love it. That's it.

The next day, as Enola entered Basilwether hall dressed as a widow, to divert any questions that may be asked, posing as Miss May Beatrice Posy. Adeline had told Enola to ask if they might need their help, form two female detectives, though she doubted they'd take her up on it, it might find a better impression of the relatives and their possible motives. Adeline also warned her that there might be a Scotland Yard detective and like usual she was correct.

Meanwhile Adeline was dressed in something more comfortable as she walked around the nearby forest, trying to find the branch that she remembered had nearly fallen on. After a few minutes she came across a fallen branch that looked big enough to potentially kill a young boy, but at closer observation she saw that the it was cut, by someone rather than by the wind it's self. Standing up, she heard the clashing of wooden wind chimes, coming from above. Curiosity getting the best of her, Adeline climbed up the rope with agility, before landing softly in the treehouse after a rather large swing. Standing up, she laughed quietly, seeing the books lining the floors edge, the hammock swinging with the wind, and a table filled with maps of his 'plans'. Picking up a book filled with pressed flowers, she smiled lightly before placing one of the small dried flower bunches in her purse. She brushed her hand against the hammock, getting a faint smell of rain and firewood coming off of some of the blankets, which was apparently his natural scent. It reminded her of the night looking at the stars just a 48 hours before. However her attention was diverted when she saw the already ripped fabric bag, a book on London's harbors and maps all featuring Lime House docks, which she realized, is what led the bowler hat their, so they must've discovered the treehouse a few days ago. She picked a book of London in its day, before looking at the bottom to find that pages were filled with pressed flowers, oblivious clues to his location. "Oh how you tickle me Tewky, you magnificent Marquess of blooming Basilwether ." She sighed to herself before falling on her bum as an elderly voice spoke "It's not as stable as you think up there."

Adeline cautiously looked over the edge to find Tewksbury's grandmother looking up at her. "I believe I met your friend, May, earlier." Adeline smiled before asking "You'd already discovered this, hadn't you?". The old lady smiled and replied "A few days ago yes. Would you care to come down?" Nodding her head lightly, Adeline gracefully slipped down the rope." You and your sister are most interesting Miss.." Adeline smiled gently before answering "Adeline Posy Miss."

"Beautiful isn't it? It always felt an honor to me that my family was given this part of England to protect." "To protect?" Adeline asked curiously. The lady replied "That is what it is to be an ancestral landowner. As the world becomes increasingly unstable, it feels important that these ideas of England are preserved for the safety and security of the future of our country." "It is quite lovely here." Adeline hummed absentmindedly, fiddling with her hands. The woman agreed before commenting "But you're probably one of those new thinkers. My son was a new thinker too. Never could focus on what was, it was always about what could be. I suspect my grandson is the same." Adeline smiled lightly at the mention of Tewksbury as the woman continued "England's true glory...is what is. Do you see?" Adeline walked in a circle before turning to face the grandmother and saying "I can see much beauty." The lady hummed and replied "Bery sensible answer. Now go. If my son or daughter-in-law finds you here, they'll have you arrested. If you see my grandson before I do, will you tell him that I care about him a great deal? Almost as much as you I imagine." Adeline parted her lips for a second in shock before smiling and answering "I will." Adeline walked off quickly, eager to find Enola, with a book in her purse, telling her just where to find her Tewky.

Adeline walked around the convent garden market place with Enola trailing behind near the outskirts to give her sister some privacy after Adeline explained her situation with the viscount, which Enola took surprisingly well. Searching around, Adeline finally found a familiar mop of freshly cut dark brown hair and smiling to herself, she stepped forward. "I'd like a small bouquet of pink roses with some white gardenias dotted through please." He paused at the familiar voice before turning to see just the girl he was thinking of. "Linnie, oh I missed you," but she cut him off by pressing her lips against his eagerly, both of them savoring the kiss they'd been longing for thee past few days. Adeline wrapped her arms around his neck sneakily, both of them kissing with equal vigor afraid to let go.  Tewksbury wrapped his arms around her waist as they pulled apart, foreheads touching before she pulled him into a long hug and he spun her around happily before putting her down, a wide smile on his face. "Not that I'm complaining but what are you doing here?" He spoke with a chuckle still shocked. Dodging the question she fired back "Why, if you're passionate about flowers, would you come to London?" "Because I can be lost here." "Then why did I find you?" She asked with a curious twinkly in her eye that left him in awe before he got back to the point. "And why have you done so? Your hear for the money, they've offered a reward."
Slightly hurt she frowned before stroking his cheek and whispering sarcastically "Have they? I didn't know.. well I must tie you up and claim it!" She laughed heartily as he jumped out of his skin but he soon laughed with her at seeing her so cheerful. "Stars and garters, are you really so ridiculous Tewky? I've come here because I've grown to care for you even more than I thought was possible in your absence and because as it turns out, your life is still in danger." He completely ignored her second comment and while picking up a pink rose he asked with a smirk "What's made you care for me more than you thought possible?" She sighed in disbelief before asking "Really That is your question? Not 'Who's trying to kill me?'" Holding out the rose with a raised eyebrow she took it and smiled before linking her arm with his as he raised her hand to his and kissed the back with more force this time, almost trying to imprint the mere memory of the kiss into her skin.

"I found your flower pressings, they were quite beautiful. Your lucky that herbology is one of my favorite things to read about." She mentioned as they walked through the bustling market as she occasionally kissed his shoulder and he occasionally kissed her cheek. "I missed you so much Adeline Holmes" she smiled before firing back " I missed you too, but I kept on getting dragged towards you, Viscount Tewksbury." Dragging him to the edge of the market they saw Enola talking to an old woman who was showing her a beautiful bracelet. Smiling at her little sister she walked up behind her and spoke to the woman quickly, paying for the bracelet as a gift for her sister. On closer inspection it was a little silver chain so sneakily she also bought a dove charm before turning to Tewksbury winking and facing Enola. Adeline kissed the charm before placing linking it to the bracelet and wrapping the bracelet around Enola's wrist as a present for how well she's done the last few days. Clearing his throat Enola turned to see Tewksbury standing there with a light smile and Enola nodded her head slightly before turning to her sister and commenting " Now if you love birds don't mind, we should get back to the lodgings, we're in serious danger if you didn't know." And walking to the direction of the lodgings, with the young couple trailing behind happily, all completely unaware of the three posters marked up with their faces sketched onto them.
