Kobe's Pov
Mike and I started walking towards Vallyk's room. "Are you nervous?" He asked. "A little bit." "Me too." We went around a corner and there was his room. We walked in. He was facing the ceiling. He turned to us and I smile formed on his face.

I was happy. He knew who we were. "Hey." Mike and I said. "Hey guys." "How you been?" I asked. "Good I guess." "Do you know who we are?" Mike asked. I nudged his arm. "Of course I do. Mike, Kobe. Where's Derek?" "He's in the waiting room with Y/n." I said. "Y/n? Who's that?" "She's the girl that came in before us, your internet friend for three years." Mike said.

"Internet friend? I don't have an internet friend." He said while chuckling. "Yes,you do. You've known her for three years. You talk to and about her everyday." I said. "I said I don't have an internet friend." He shouted which made Mike and I flinch. He was mad and I didn't know why. "We'll go get a doctor." Mike said.

We walked out of the room. We went to the waiting room. Y/n and Derek were sitting next to each other eating snacks. We walked up to them. "Hey." I said. "What happened?" Derek asked. "He knows who we are. He even remembers you." I said. Y/n started crying again. Derek tried to comfort her.
End of Kobe's Pov

I was eating my granola bar when Kobe and Mike started heading our way. "What happened?" Derek asked. "He knows who we are. He even remembers you." Kobe said. I started crying again. He didn't remember me. Only me. Derek hugged me. I cried in his arms.

"We should probably tell a doctor." Mike said. "Yeah we probably should." said Kobe. Mike and Kobe left once again. "Why?" I cried. "It's ok everything's going to be ok." Derek said as he rubbed my back. I cried more. Few minutes after Kobe and Mike came back. "Well what did he say." I said. "They're going to run him through some tests." said Mike.

Derek gave them their Gatorades and they took a seat across from us. I just stood froze I was lost in my thoughts. Why didn't he remember me? Why was it only me? Did he even know I existed? My thoughts were interrupted by a doctor.

   "Family members of Vallyk Pena." He said. The guys and I quickly stood up. "It's us. We're his friends." Kobe said. "What about his parents?" "They couldn't come, they're working." said Mike. "Ok well Vallyk's ok. He's not in danger but we do notice we forgot some stuff." "Yeah we know. He doesn't recognize me." I said.

   "Right. It will take a while for Vallyk to have his memory back. At least completely." "How much time?" Derek asked. "Few weeks probably months. But you guys can help him." "How?" asked Mike. "First try to tell him stuff about his past. Like friends and school. Don't force him to remember. If he doesn't remember then just leave it like that.  Just understand him and act like nothing's wrong."

   "What? We're just going to sit around and pretend nothing is wrong." I said. "I know it's hard to believe but you guys have to if you want your friend back." "Ok when can he leave." "He'll be out on Friday. We just want to make sure he's ok." "We'll be here Friday to pick him up." said Kobe. "Can we visit him one more time?" I asked. "Sure but visit hours end in 45 minutes." "Ok thank you." I said.

The guys and I walked to Vallyk's room. The guys took the other seats. "Hey." I said taking a seat beside him. "Hi." It's all he said. "How are you?" "I'm fine." "Good to hear." "You know your voice it sounds familiar. When I was in coma I could hear your voice." "You could?" I asked as my eyes got watery. "Yeah I don't know if it was you but they would tell me about their day. And also how much the missed someone or something."

"It was. It was me. I missed you a lot." "Sorry I don't remember you." "It's ok I'm not trying to make you remember anything." "But you seem like a nice person maybe we can become friends. I'm guessing we were already friends so it'll be fun and easy." "It will."

The guys and I talked to Vallyk a few more minutes until the nurse told us it was time to go. I forgot about Ale and I guess he just went home. I was really sad that Vallyk didn't know who I was. But I was also happy that he was awake. We got in Derek's car and he took me home. I went in and saw Mattia sitting on the couch. He was watching a movie alone.

"Hey how did it go?" He asked pausing the tv. My eyes got watery just to thought of Vallyk. "He- he doesn't know who I am." Soon enough I was crying on the floor. Mattia came up to me and hugged me. "It's ok. It's all going to be ok." He said rubbing my back. "You should probably get some sleep. You look tired." "I probably should." I tried to stand up but I couldn't. "Here let me help you." Mattia helped me stand up.

We both slowly walked up the stairs. We went in my room. "Well goodnight." "Actually Mattia can you stay with me?" I asked. "Sure just wait." "Ok." I pulled the covers over me and waited. After five minutes he came. "Where did you go?" "I turned off the tv. And I also went to change." "Oh. Here come sleep with me." Mattia walked up to my bed and layed beside me.

I turned to look at him and hugged him. He put his arm around my shoulders. (Idk if yk how) "Mattia." I said looking up at him. "Yes?" "I like you." "Are you lying?" "I'm not I like you a lot." I kissed him. "I like you too." He said. I kissed him one more time and layed my head on his chest. "Goodnight Tia." "Goodnight Y/n ." He kissed my forehead and we doze off.
