Luffy was asleep when he heard boom terrified he woke up and ran to his sister's room which was the closest but no one was there he went outside and what he saw shocked him people were running houses were burning kids were crying but there was no sign of his family until he heard his sister's voice from the back of the house he sprinted towards her voice but what he saw was stomach twisting disgusting thing he may ever see
